The First Official StingerFest is in Chicago, Illinois

I'm sure there will be some grumping and groaning but we can't have the "first official StingerFest" everywhere. If this one goes well, we'll have more throughout the year.

There's no rule that says you can only have one CarFest per year. There was big interest in California, the Tri-State area, and Texas as well. We'll get planning on those as soon as the planning for Chicago is finalized.

Now we need to figure out WHERE and WHEN, exactly. We need at least 100-200 people to get this truly rolling. I'll do my job on the back end - but I need you all to help. Please spread the word about StingerFest Chicago and get people here to more or less pre-RSVP.

One of the benefits of being in Chicago is it's in a good location to get people coming from north, south, WEST and east around it. California has no potential to get anything from the West other than fish - and fish don't drive Stingers.

I'd like to build up a list of everyone who will most-likely or definitely be going. I need to know numbers in order to get a venue.

I'm now in Alabama, but used to live in "Burbs". I've drive back a couple of times - it's a straight shot north on I65 - so I'm very interested, just need to know where and when

I've been in NYC for 6 years but drive to Wisconsin at least 3 times a year. I always stop in Chicago. New York Pizza has nothing on the deep dish from Chicago.
