bro, im originally from new york. i live for cold weather. the mrs on the other hand.......it hits 60 during the winter here and she has her uggs, sweatpants, a hoodie and probably a set of earmuffs on. can't quite see because of all of her hair. so, for it to be cold in chi-town, i will be the one in shorts and a tank top. look for me standing next to a pretty, short of stature lady looking like mikeys brother from christmas story. all wrapped up, not being able to put his arms down. thats the mrs when it gets cold. probably have to put her in the back, with the seats down. she probably won't be able to bend at the waist to sit in the co-pilots seat. don't worry honey, i won't take those turns to fast, as she rolls back and forth in the trunk area from high speed turns.

No disrespect SAL, 60 degrees on October where at LOL Florida.........Last October for my Daughter birthday it was about 39 degrees and the wind was hitting about 10 degrees....I lived in Chicago for the past 14 years of my life and I can only recall a 60 degree October once LOL.....By any means i am not trying to be negative all i am saying is for all those not from the area be prepared to be cold in October....have a coat and hat and gloves because after being outside for a while it gets cold at those low temperatures.....I think Saturday is better a lot of people work on Fridays ....it should defenetely be a weekend Saturday or Sunday.

I know you're all looking at the average. But the swings can be pretty big. And you need to factor in the wind. Bring warm coat, hat, and gloves.

I'll be staying at the Inter-Continental Chicago Magnificent Mile which has my favorite wine bar (outside of a cruise ship):
Chicago Wine Tasting Rooms - Best Downtown Chicago Wine Bars, Restaurants- ENO

It's inside the hotel along with Michael Jordan's Steak House.

It's going to be a good weekend.
