I see.... Let's see how the voting goes. So far, most people are voting for the 7th. Worst case scenario, at least it's not ON Canadian Thanksgiving...
We've got 27 people saying they're going now. It's getting better... I do want to see at least 100 - but if that can't happen on such short notice - we'll just go with whatever we have. However, it would be nice to have a really big event for the first StingerFest...
The next step after setting a date will be collecting all your hard-earned money for submission to Dave and Busters. Onward and upward...

I agree Sal. If we cant get the 100 and get Kia involved i say we postpone or possibly move it to location 2 where it will be warmer in the winter months (im also saying this as a local to Chicago lol).

I hear ya. Well, people want a meet. So, we're going to give them one. I have a feeling we'll be able to get 50 or maybe a little more. That would surely be a great meet whether KIA gets involved or not. We're going to have 5 of these every year. One west in California, one east in New York, two south in Texas and Florida, and one north in Chicago. We'll make it so that everyone can get involved at least once each year...
