Stops at each state. So I kinda wonder, dose the boat dock at one location (guessing East) and the rest are road transport. Or does it stop at each captial city.
It might be worth starting a new thread with this info for people looking at purchasing a Stinger but whose local dealer doesn't have any in stock or on the way.I went to the website of each Kia dealership in Brisbane and searched for Stingers in available stock. Looking for a 2022 in Panthera Metal. Saw one listed as in stock as sent a message. Got told it's on the boat, due in 10 days in Brisbane. Ordered it yesterday. Estimated pickup date is 26th May.
For Brisbanites, Moorooka has a whiteboard of all their stock on the dealership floor, with expected delilvery dates listed. They still have some GTs available late May. Nundah has at least one listed as late May as well on their website. I assume their must be a few coming in on the same boat.
Metro Kia at Windsor has one in Micro Blue with red interior for $74.9K

Also the Micro Blue with red interior must be a mistake on the part of the dealer - red leather isn't available on Micro Blue.
I wonder if Kia is just pumping them out to keep things rolling despite the colour combination restrictions, and at some point when supply chains and shortages return to normal levels the restricted colour combos will be enforced again. In the meantime, this could become a rare, unique and sought after colour combo in future years. The one at Windsor I test drove 4 days ago was definitely micro blue and red interior.
Oh, that's interesting! If I'd known that colour combinations are opening up I might have considered red-on-red (but I would probably still have ended up with silver-on-red).The one at Windsor I test drove 4 days ago was definitely micro blue and red interior.
My eyes! My eyes!!!!!Here's a nauseating example available at the moment.....
I'm guessing they're targeting a specific demographic with this color scheme and the price![]()
Pics or it didn't happen.Ordered my Stinger June 2021 and received it late April. It was a long wait but very happy with the car.
It just doesn't make sense to me!?Here's a nauseating example available at the moment.....

It just doesn't make sense to me!?
The fact that its such a brand new vehicle (Feb 22) and someone has made the conscious decision to slap that ridiculous extravagance all over it, yet the ad makes no mention or explanation at all of that 'feature' of the car and still thinks putting it up for the ludicrous price $88k is the way to go?
If anything I'd want $10k off the sticker price to deal with all that pissweak crappy wannabe Iron Man bling.
I had the misfortune of seeing that yesterday. It's in the showroom at Heartland Blacktown. Sales guy explained it was styled for the local market! It just doesn't make sense to me!?
