Any recommendations for a good ceramic finish Provider inner south east Melbourne? From what I understand $1-1.5k is par for a brand new vehicle?

I had the misfortune of seeing that yesterday. It's in the showroom at Heartland Blacktown. Sales guy explained it was styled for the local market!

Along side of it was a Panthera priced at $88,888. Looked rather smart with black wheels and badges. Also Snow White Pearl and Micro Blue both asking $86,888.

Is Blacktown the centre of bogan country? I'm from Adelaide so I'm not familiar with suburbs on the eastern seaboard.

All those prices are rather optimistic.

My GT was finally delivered to my doorstep on Friday! Almost 11 months to the day from order to being in my garage. The wait was painful but now that I've got it, very glad I got one - fantastic car to drive.

Blacktown is described as one of the most multicultural places in Greater Sydney with some areas more desirable than others. Can't say much more on a public forum but I think you'll get the idea.

Drove our new Stinger GT home yesterday afternoon, in the pouring rain, with traffic, and fading light. .. and it was still fantastic! Panthera Metal looks great. Black interior. I ordered it at the end of October last year - almost exactly 7 months wait. We're on the Sunshine Coast. There were a couple of other new Stingers at the dealer as well.

Corresponds with a number of this forum's members being told they would receive their orders in late May/early June.

I took delivery of my white/red GT a few days ago. Upon pickup I noticed many obvious detailing issues inside and out which were subsequently fixed, but more worryingly some scratches on the exterior above the door frame where it appears something like a box has been rested and moved around. The gloss finish on that piece of paint work between the door frame and sunroof shows up lots of minor swirls and scratches at the right angle. And just to top it off the tint has many small bubbles in it and in one spot it’s clear that some external debris is caught in between the glass and film. Oh and my GT mats aren’t available for several more weeks (on back order) despite being told the car was ready.

Still very pleased with my new Stinger though.

Glad you're still happy with your Stinger despite these teething issues. I'll email my dealership to ensure they've ordered the GT mats for me!

Was told Mats are on back-order here in Melbourne and they no longer sell the rubber versions (which I prefer).

Since I'm upgrading from a Stinger I can just keep my current mats until the new ones arrive.

Since KIA seem to be introducing a new version of the 'GT' badge I wonder if they'll introduce a new version of the GT mats that use the new logo?

I got PPF on mine not cheap but totally worth it.
Front half including 4 doors + ceramic and interior protection.
Went the carcare prorducts in Brisbane.

Also I had hella trouble getting StingerGT floor mats from my dealer, called 3 times "yeah we are getting them in a few days" that was september/october last year. Ended up having to Order the floor mats twice from ebay to get the mats with GT on them. my partner was takign the piss about how fussy I am about the floor mats lol

My current Stinger came with the non-GT embroidered floor mats. It bothered me briefly so this time I'm making certain it has the GT mats.
