Use it or lose it. The largest looming truth at this stage. Hah.Yes, he does seem to be in the habit.

Another mountain conquered. Nice pics.Drove into the Uinta mountains for one last late season hike. Weather was ideal (in the 40s all afternoon). Our quest was Cuberant lake, which was higher than we expected, as that pertains to trail elevation change; i.e. we had to go UP quite a bit more than we expected. We saw no one aside from one couple when we were nearly back to the parking lot. The Uinta mountains are best enjoyed without humanity. Hah. (pandemics and socialist distancing does nothing to improve my isolationist tendencies) (the Fujifilm xP140 is a great point and shoot camera)

How’s the condition of the roads out there, do they suit the Stinger or are they rough going. The Stinger definitely gets a lot of attention out here and it certainly doesn’t feel like I’ve driven 1200 plus km. Very comfortable.

Surprisingly pretty good. One section was quite undulating but I found switching it to sport mode smoothed that out quite well. Fuel economy was sitting on 7.9l/100km.How’s the condition of the roads out there, do they suit the Stinger or are they rough going.
Mood pics at the cemetary. Creepy. Amazing tree though.Visited our son's family this evening. On the way back we stopped at the cemetery and took mood pics next to the most lit up tree I've ever seen; a light every two to three inches, it's insane.

Love that first Pic OzstungView attachment 49642View attachment 49643meanwhile 3,000km east another dam -Wondilly . Unfortunately no Stinger access. But she did her job and in comfort today.
A couple of times a year ? your up those mountains like every other weekI'm connected to other people who love the mountains and talk me into it. Hah. I like hiking but not that much. Left to my own devices, I'd probably get up there a couple of times a year is all.![]()
Donuts: the automobile version of making "snow angels".Took my Stinger to my high school and played in the snow. All wheel drive donuts are pretty fun!
Nice to see that the grandson is learning to park.I "went" next door and parked out front, because our driveway was occupied by roofers. They got the house done in one day; tomorrow they do the carport/shed. The new roof looks gorgeous.
