Open windows with remote

I agree with GTF - I'd use this feature all the time if I had it. I was surprised it wasnt included in our Stingers. BMWs have had it for more than 20 years, and plenty of other cars available in Australia have it too. That said, GTF is right about Australian laws re windows down on an unattended vehicle.

I was also surprised given all the useful and premium-ish tech that we do get as standard compared to some other regions, especially when the refresh was released.

Things like the remote start, cooled seats, heated steering wheel, the ambient lighting, the fact that we don't have the auto stop/start feature. I was expecting the refresh to have remote windows given it had an all new & flashy infotainment sytem, cameras in the rear vision mirrors, and the whole taillight design.

Also odd that we did not get the sequential indicators. Australian Ford Mustangs have the sequential indicators deleted - though I think that's due to the indicator lighting display overriding the red taillights themselves - however there are plenty of Euro cars here that do retain their sequentials so I thought that feature would be included on our Aus cars.
It is possible that Kia hadn't decided to finish on the My23 Stinger until mid 23 and had a My24 in mind before they pulled the pin.
There would have to be features to add to a new model possibly remote windows might have featured. Frankly what more can you add to a Stinger? It seems to have everything.

I had it on a Nissan Altima. Was called a convenience package roll down the windows during the heat. I'll settle for being able to push the button. Remote start serves the same purpose

Canadian and (I believe) US cars did not get sequential turn signals either. It is my understanding that the turn signal must be a certain size and I guess the individual turn signal elements were too small. However, it turns out that this sizing only applies to the first flash. The C8 Corvette got around this requirement by flashing all the turn signal elements on the first flash and then going into sequential mode. Kia should have read the rule a little bit more carefully!

This is it in action on mine...

It is useful and I tend to use it whenever the car's been sitting in direct sun when we have hot weather (which when you live in the UK seems like once every decade)
Good for u man, my canadian stinger gets only the remote window opening, but no remote window closing...

Anyone have any luck getting this option enabled on a US model car?

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
