But will you use that wireYes negative is down. On a 0-60 its so small its irrelevent and the slope on the dragy is fairly random.
Looks like i need the new tune. Have a switch and some 18 G wire available. Lol.

I believe the draggy averages out the slope of the entire run, so the first 1/8 mile could be -5% then the last 1/8 +4% and that would give you -1%. That serious downslope at the beginning would definitely impact 0-60, but if it's only -1% for the entire run it'll be negligible. A lot of drag strips have negative slope, very common.LOL ive got a bunch of dragy slips with a bit over 1% downslope (not valid) and it makes all the difference in the world on my dragy slips....downslope is your friend ....Wash
That is true. And for me 1% in the 0-60 is 17 inches total. And thats well outside the range of dragys accuracy. Just a guideline and have to have a cut off some where.I believe the draggy averages out the slope of the entire run, so the first 1/8 mile could be -5% then the last 1/8 +4% and that would give you -1%. Unless Dragy is doing something peculiar with this, a 1% slope over 60 feet is about a 7.25 inch rise. That is true. And for me 1% in the 0-60 is 17 inches total. And thats well outside the range of dragys accuracy. Just a guideline and have to have a cut off some where.
I've done back to back flat and +5% slope 0-60s and the times where almost identical.
absolutely agree, even survey grade GPS equipment, which cost several thousands of dollars, can only measure vertical distance to an accuracy of around 2 inches. That's a static reading, not while moving at 60 mph. Any slope reading from a dragy is going to be laughably inaccurate.Unless Dragy is doing something peculiar with this, a 1% slope over 60 feet is about a 7.25 inch rise.

But I agree, precision altitudes on the GPS based Dragy are not their strong suit.
20 inches. 1.75 of a foot as i do 0-60 in about 175 feet.Unless Dragy is doing something peculiar with this, a 1% slope over 60 feet is about a 7.25 inch rise.
EDIT: A 7.25 inch slope applies to a 60 FT time, not 0-60 MPH. Whoops ...

Excellent time. RWD i assume.View attachment 28316 Just got my Dragy tonight and took her out for a quick trial. I’ll take it for stock on wet roads![]()
Yeah I was happy with it. It’s AWDExcellent time. RWD i assume.
Dragys 4k DA is way off should be closer to 1200.
Wow that’s super impressive from a stock AWD Stinger.Yeah I was happy with it. It’s AWD
Wow that’s super impressive from a stock AWD Stinger. That’s about 0.4sec faster than most and even on the quick side for RWD Stingers. Sure you aren’t secretly using the Burger burnout switch already?

Very nice. If you can get traction you’ll be in the high 3s, or very low 4s at least.View attachment 28383 Did the same stretch of road 3 more times tonight. The average time over 4 runs is 4.66. Pumped to see what she’ll do with intake, exhaust, and tune![]()
Nice. Now just do the Burger brake switch and you’ll be in the 3s.View attachment 28563
Ayeee I like it! My best so far.
