I think that that is very true for those who choose to run the real snip mod. Not sure it is as useful otherwiseIt's starting to look like AWD may be the way to go, to put power down the best on the street.
that's the way it is with any high powered car. The only way a RWD car is going to hook as well as AWD is slicks, which obviously aren't street legal and still won't be as good on an unprepped street surface. It's starting to look like AWD may be the way to go, to put power down the best on the street.

indeed, I would put my money on a 500 hp AWD Stinger over a 800 HP Charger in the 1/4 on the street from a dig. Just watch out for those other AWD vehiclesYep. In the real world, the AWD will trounce RWD vehicles, even when the RWD has more power, due to the superior launch capabilities. I've got nearly 500hp in my Charger and have little doubt that a slightly modded/tuned AWD Stinger would easily win a 0-60 run. Even with 275's the RWD Charger isn't able to put that power down to the pavement on street tires without significant wheel spin. After a quarter mile or so, it would probably be pretty easy to reel the Stinger in though. We're approaching the point where folks are starting to get into power levels on the AWD Stinger that will make it a formidable match for all but the highest end exotic cars on the street. Pretty impressive, especially when you consider the price point.
Best,

Tork dropped his RWD time to 3.85 seconds - stock tires and rims on the street. Looks like he has LC figured out.

Yes negative is down. On a 0-60 its so small its irrelevent and the slope on the dragy is fairly random.
