Question...if I just wanted to wire these for brakes only, would they still work. That is, I would leave the running and blinking leads open/capped and just wire brake and ground.

Yes, they will work. As long as they have a ground and a 12v signal to any of the colored wires it light light up.

We actually have them in stock with standard turn signal functionality, instead of the sequential feature, if you prefer to use them just for the brakes. Send us an email for pricing info.

I like the sequential more than anything. I just don't prefer the orange/red blink combo is all and I'd prefer to just have them sequence on when brakes applied.

I’ll dump some money on sequential tail lights...can’t wait for those to be created.

I had those on my Subi and loved them and after taking these lights off it would should be a simple plug and play.

Any chance the design has been updated as suggested by @StingerGTandMe with regard to having to cut the wire to fish it and then reconnect?

No other way unless you wanna take off your bumper completely. I ended up having to unsolder then re-solder the wire. Was super easy though.

Yeah, dont mind cut and solder but would rather not if they can amend the design and suggested. By no means a deal breaker for me. Just curious was all.
