I never filed a dispute to not pay them ( not sure where you got that from ).
1. I purchased a BMS I/C and payed with PayPal and all went as per normal ( no issues whatsoever ).
2. When I found that the I/C was not going to fit without extensive
mods, I got in contact with BMS, and soon Terry took the drivers
seat on this issue.
3. When I started getting nowhere with Terry, I lodged an issue with PayPal to have them step in ( as I knew I was WELL within my rights to do so given the misleading claims made by BMS ).
4. Some time thereafter I got my refund and delivered the kit to someone of Terry's choice ( still in PERFECT condition, and it was checked as such ).
5. Over a year ( or more ) later, I decided to purchase the Trans Cooler from BMS and then got the ( indirect black list ) response, and then I posted.
If you read through the original post again ( especially the quoted email string ). The PayPal "issue" was almost certainly B.S. as Angela consequentially made mention of the PRIOR "intercooler incident" from > a year before.
When you go onto a site and choose the PayPal transaction for payment, the user is directed away from the original site to PayPal to approve the payment, and then returned to the site of the vendor to confirm the purchase ( at least that's my understanding ) so, what Angela has insinuated is that PayPal is transacting through a fraudulent I.P address ( the way I see it ).
From my point of view, I've done nothing wrong ! Terry@BMS was made to do the right thing by PayPal (?), and that got his panties in a bunch and he holds a grudge against me and has put my on a black list ( thus the post ).
Terry ( BMS ) can indeed refuse service and in the end, it's no skin off my nose since he's not the only shop selling parts, but this post serves as a warning for those who transact with BMS as to what can happen.
