Uhhh...New Eibach Springs Install

just to close the loop. i swapped out the eibachs. here's the stinger with the ARK springs. stance is SO much better. love it!View attachment 35537

Looks Awesome!! I look forward to getting mine on. We are in Snow season so I will wait for a bit but the stance with the Arks is perfect looking to me.

Looks great man! Glad it all worked out in the end. Hopefully this thread will help more people make a decision between Eibachs or ARKs since reviews on the ARK springs are relatively slim.

Wow, your photographic examples really show how much the Eibach sag in the bum.
Glad you got it resolved to your liking, looks good.

and tbh, this pic actually makes it look a bit better than it did in person. depending on where i parked, the sag looked much worse. no clue why that happened on my car, but unfortunately it did. not ragging on eibach at all. i know many people have them and are totally happy.

The difference isn't in the "bum"; it's in the front: the Eibach front wheel wells are higher than in the rear, giving the impression that the rear is too low; the Eibach front looks halfway between OE clearance and Ark clearance; and the rear clearance looks the same comparing the Eibach and Ark.

Either way the springs make the bum sag.
 
Eibach springs best mod I've done the ride is exceptional . I barely see the 5mm difference in the rear and as a leading Western Sydney suspension installer said to me the Eibachs are a better quality than the leading brand he sells and promotes. I've had that Aussie brand before and it's like chalk and cheese.

Thanks for adding the third pic, stance looks much better on the Ark springs. Glad you got it sorted out.

I've had my Ark gtf springs for about 5k miles now and am very satisfied, I think you'll like them.
 
The Ark springs look great! I almost bought some before I decided on coils. I should have pictures by mid January or February with other new items too. Does anyone know the right size spacer for oem 19 GT wheels? This is my temp solution until I decide on new wheels.
 
How's the ride of the Ark springs compared to eibach? Not necessarily looking for stock ride, as I think it's a little too soft and floaty.
I'm hoping the Ark will give more firm and planted ride. Is it bouncy at all?
