No tint yet. That's on my Christmas wish list, along with a black roof wrap.Is your car tinted? If so with what product and %?
Plus the installers beat the crap out of wheels occasionally ....................The stock rim has a machined face, and will be prone to corrosion due to all the salt on the road, especially if you don’t keep them clean. The winter rim I’m using is “winter” rated...basically it’s a painted rim...primer, paint, clear coat. I’m avoiding having my stock 19s deal with all the crap on the road during the winter months.
Very nice !!Finally able to post my winter setup - Conti WinterContact Si 245x40x18 - Rims FC04 18x9. Now just waiting on the snow

I went with Blizzaks mounted on 18” fastwheels FC04s in titanium colour... I think it looks ok... I was thinking the titanium colour best matched the dark chrome accents...
What other winter setups do we have out there?
Will this exact same setup, but with a +40 offset instead of +30, fit on the car? What will be the difference in terms of look, steering feel, overall drivability??This might help you out....

Dear all,
This is my first post here. Very exciting! Next week I'll receive my new Stinger GT-Line 2.0 RDW. It comes with 19inch summer tires and I won't be able to really leave with it unless I put the winter tires on.
I did a little bit of research and found that for the 18inch the ET should be 34 for all 4 wheels and the Centre Bore 67.1mm.
What I could find on stock here in Bucharest were only ET35 wheels (which I guess should do just fine) but the Centre Bore is 70.1mm. I guess they come with adapters. Would this be ok? It's the first time I put aftermarket wheels on a car..
These are the wheels:
As far as winter tires, I will go with Goodyear UG GEN1. I have them on my current car and was quite impressed with the grip in all conditions. We have some heavy winters here in Romania and I go quite often up to the slopes.
Thank you!
I can live with steel rims for winter. I live in Edmonton and would rather spend more on the tires than the rim at least for now. What configuration of steel rims would fit the gt limited with brembos? The GT Limited has staggered 19s, so you will need to purchases winters that are different sizes (front to back) if you want to use the stock rim. I went for a square setup on aftermarket winter 18s. I don’t want to expose my stock 19s to the salt and grim that winter roads throw at the rims. Cost effective....depends on how much you want to pay for winter rims? I paid about 700 for my rims.
Not sure what steelies you'll need, but with Edmonton's winter weather (168 straight days of below zero last year), you'll be driving on ugly steel rims for 7 months of the year. Hmmmmm?I can live with steel rims for winter. I live in Edmonton and would rather spend more on the tires than the rim at least for now. IS there any particular specification for the 18"rims going on a 2018 stinger gt limited that I need to look for?Not sure what steelies you'll need, but with Edmonton's winter weather (168 straight days of below zero last year), you'll be driving on ugly steel rims for 7 months of the year. Hmmmmm?

Either way, you’re still buying a new set of rims. Winter grips on a square 18” setup will serve you better than winters on staggered 19”s. But I hear you, black rims for summer look good.I am getting the 2019 Stinger GT Limited was hoping to get some 19 Black Rims for the OEM Rubber for this year and then put the Winter X-ICE On the OEM rims but can't currently find the X-ICE in anything but 18's....
Really don't want to have to buy both Winter and Summer rims and do nothing with the OEM's....thats getting silly expensive then, but I'd hate to have the OEM's to get ruined since they are not painted.
Sigh...choices, choices...
