How to remove and replace the rear badge on the Kia Stinger

Im in 2 minds about re doing badges. What do you think? Leave or replace?

Well I know you've already seen it, but for the benefit of those who might not in this thread:

I personally prefer the clean look - I feel all those factory badges are like bumper stickers!

hmmm so you used the smaller stinger script instead of the large one? Interesting, did it still cover the holes?

Nice. The more I see the more I think I want to remove my GT and AWD badges for just the clean stinger in the back.....

Bought e badge and stinger badge. Decided to only install stinger as I liked the kia one on the front.

In aus summer (38 degrees) I didn't even need to heat the adhesive to remove it....just got a little plastic wedge ($1) and slowly jimmied through the adhesive until it came off with without any scratching. Used goo gone to remove residual adhesive and went over with a polish (meguiars) and wax (meguiars cleaner wax). Accidentally stuck to the body prematurely when I was trying to centre it but came out alright. No damage or paint peeling or fading after removal either. Lined up the stinger script to cover the two little holes that the original badge were locked into.

Can anyone advise how far apart the holes are for the rear emblem? I may try a different badge, but need to see if it is wide enough to cover. Thank you.

I dont know but I like how the E Badge looks being on the front and back.

Thanks NHCowboy28! So looks like front and rear are about 1.5” apart? First set of pics look blurry to me, but I’m getting older.

First set looks like 2 1/4” to me.

Rear posts are 2 3/8” apart, front posts are 1 5/16” apart approx.
