Racing two new Challenger RTs with 8 speed tomorrow and a 392 Charger with a cam and FBO. Whats my chances? I have a 18 GT2 AWD with JB4 on tune 5 with 30% E85.

You’ll smoke the RTs and will have a great chance to match or even beat the 392. Unless the 392 has drag tires it will struggle for traction and have a hard time catching you by 1/8m.

You can even pull the intake panel filters, spare tire, headrests, only fill 1/8-1/4 tank of gas for the race, etc. for an extra edge if needed.;) Just practice with launch control and you should be able to show them what the Stinger is all about!:D

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...

315 drag radial. Gonna be close with the 392

Yeah it will be close and a lot will depend on RT. Practice your launches, definitely remove air filters just for race(drops up to 0.2 off times), and try every trick to make the car lighter.

I still think you have a good chance to win and will be a great race!

Even if you lose, a close race will still be very impressive since they easily have a 100HP+ advantage.;)

All things being equal, you should easily beat those in 1/8.
Many muscle-car pilots are used to out-powering "lesser" vehicles and don't necessarily have the skills to achieve a quick, clean launch. It's not hard, and if done well, the traction you're going to have is going to put give quite an advantage. Remember it's only 660' - two football fields.

Hopefully, you’ll have video and slips. I’m excited to see the results.

I'm thinking you'll slaughter all of them easily in the 1/8mile with that setup.

I'm jealous of you guys running these tunes :( I'd be way too worried about voiding my warranty to run them.

Ran 8.6s. Won against a 700 up duramax, RT Challenger and 392 challenger

Car didnt like the level 5 tune. Lost power twice half track. Going back to jb4 level 2

Awesome and special congrats on beating the upgraded 392!

That may be the same overboost or turbine overspeed codes others mentioned. I think Terry may have update that could help resolve the problem. Worth checking with him if you haven’t already.

What firmware version are you running? Fuel wires installed and fuel bias settings updated? Did you try map 3 before trying 5?

What was the elevation? Seems it should be faster than 8.6.
My race chip AWD was doing 8.3 to 8.4 but only 350 feet elevation.

I wonder the elevation too. I think I ran a better 1/8 stock. The JB4 on Map2 made it even better. Weather and elevation could have played a factor. I run at Atco, which is like 35 feet above.
