You make no sense. "I love her." But you are divorcing her to marry another. Why not just keep both cars? Be a polygamist.

That advice is the Utah in you...if you know what I meanYou make no sense. "I love her." But you are divorcing her to marry another. Why not just keep both cars? Be a polygamist.
Her replacement is a bit sexier and can’t manage more than one woman at a time. ...however I may hang on to the Stinger as I’m not excited about driving Durango. May just be a 4 car family. With 2 P cars in garage and dodge and Kia outside. Just need to fend off rodents that love to live in our cars that are parked outside. You make no sense. "I love her." Gee, we cannot wait until you get it.Her replacement is a bit sexier and can’t manage more than one woman at a time.

Yes cool car for sure. I never got out to dealer to drive one. Probably a good thing!I've never told anyone this but I was REALLY interested in a 2016 CTS V-sport premium. I read nothing but good things about the driving experience and there were some insane deals on brand new leftover models.
If the Stinger hadn't come out when it did I would probably be driving one right now.
I think so if you plan to own car for more than couple years and are financing rather than leasing. S5 is a lot more car . However I think you’d be challenged to find S5 for only $15k more than well discounted Stinger GT2.S5 16k more than GT2 AWD........grand scheme of things worth it?
Probably closer to $20K more comparable equipped. But not worth it IMO. A bit better interior and you get four rings on your grill. The S5 is an excellent car, but I'd rather have the Stinger GT2 and $20K.S5 16k more than GT2 AWD........grand scheme of things worth it?

Hmm. Well, your money / your decision. If a magic genie showed up and said I could have either, I'd probably take the S5. If money isn't a factor and you want to stay in this segment you are lucky and have lots of great choices. If you're an Audi fan (I am) maybe even an RS5 or an S7?And funny thing is , the money is least of my on concerns......feature wise, the gt has basically everything I'm looking for ....

Sorry, didn't mean to come off like that.....and I said the Stinger has everything I'd want.....money is a factor at 100k as the S7 is my dream machine....thought about CPO S7 ...like a 2017 ....but now they seem so drab after seeing Stinger and 2019 C8 platform A7....then the 19 S7 is downsizing to the TTV6 from V8....
Are Stinger owners okay with overall size/practicality? I'm just a sucker for hatchbacks......1983 Toyota Celica Supra, 1984 Isuzu Impulse, 1992 240sx, 2006 Mazda 6....are some either owned or drove quite a bit.
Also it sounds silly but creature comforts mean something to me and the Audi lineup doesn't offer electric tilt/telescoping steering.....weird .....don't think S5 has 360* camera or Qii wireless charging.....small but these things are offered in a few cars now....
Cost is always part of the equation, but wasn't even in the top three factors on this purchase - the Stinger was in no way a compromise for me.
Hatchback, styling and engine power were huge factors, as were amenities - which meant I didn't even consider the lower tier trim. Sunroof, 360 cameras, bigger nav screen, HUD, power hatch, auto cruise and braking, dynamic bending LED headlights, heated/cooled seats, etc., etc., etc. - I wasn't giving any of that up. Limited color combinations? I guess I'm lucky that Pearl White with red leather interior was exactly what I wanted.
I sat in, gazed upon, and fondled the S5 Sportback pretty much 'back to back' with the Stinger at the new car show in the Spring, and found I liked the feel and looks of the Stinger better. That pretty much clinched it for me, and I had no doubts or regrets when I bought the car.
Still don't ...![]()
No need to be sorry, man!Just sayin' if you're OK with another $20K-or-so you have a lot of great choices. I can also afford more but I've always been about the value proposition, and that's another reason I love the Stinger. It's a fantastic bang for the buck. As for your practicality question, again, I love it. Have posted elsewhere here about how much I drive and the number of long trips/get-aways the the wife and I have already taken with it. Tons of place for our gear, great seats, great tech, 'long-legs' on the open road - a true gran turismo.
