Four-day getaway with my daughter for her 21st, went up to enjoy of the best roads in the country. I am part of a motorcycle community (FZ1) and we have an annual rally in that area, but I wanted her to experience the roads and the social aspect of it, so we went in the Stinger. She drove most of the time - she's extremely competent - wanted a Skip Barber racing school for her birthday but they've shut down in Atlanta. We might end up doing an open wheel school together at Laguna Seca instead.
She's also a keen photographer so we took a ton of pics - these are mostly mine from similar locations/angles. Just wanted to share.
Also - if you want to see my Stinger "in action" on the Dragon, you can look on killboy.com under 'Cars (Sporty)' at 1:47, 1:52, 4:04, 4:11, and on 129photos.com under 'Cars and Trucks' at 1:50, 1:56, 4:12 - Friday Jun 7.
Fontana dam is the tallest on the East Coast.
Tallulah Gorge is a 1,000-foot chasm and was as popular as Niagara Falls at the turn of the 20th century.
