Yes I now made arrangements with Pressuretech to ship my ECU out to them on this coming Monday 27 th and they will tune it up

awesome. Let us know how it goes. I bet its smoooooth AF. I would still consider getting a JB4 to stack with this tune. Pureturbos is running a pressertech custom tune and jb4 stack.

Pressure tech is very professional to deal with as well Classified motorsport will be the ones looking after things here in Kelowna as they did all the Mods to my Stinger GT , but I wont be able to run it on a their Dyno ,until I get my summer tires back on lol ,my winter tires are all studded

They have snow in Kelowna right now? I was there last year in the summer. Wood lake was COLD but people where still swimming in it. Y'all Canadians are crazy lol. I have some friends there, one of them owns a house overlooking wood lake. I was thinking of moving there maybe but then I found out the cost of houses... Yikes. Worse then Cali.

Yes houses here are very pricey indeed and the snow now is leaving for now , my Awd Stinger gt work well in the crappy weather with the studded snow tires and run on 18 inch wheels of course my summers are on 19 inch wheels , it will be interesting next week to see how the new ECU tune will work

And that pressertech / jb4 tune failed to make decent / usable power with the hybrids. Pure knows their turbos got much more to offer.

ehhhh 550-560 whp is prettty solid for those hybrids. I dont think the power was the issue it was putting down the power. If i remember right john reached out to pureturbos and they didnt want to work with him sooooo guess john will have to buy some himself and try it out.

^^^^^^^ would be fake news. Pure is sending John a free set currently so he can take a stab at getting some better HP out of them.
The peak power wasn't bad but the 1/4 mile times were around the other top RWD and AWD stock turbo times.

Yeah by the time we got the boost sorted the trans went, oh well. I think the Pure hybrid turbos at least the ones we tested have around 575whp in them maybe a little more with full bolt on mods.

Well for me I just want my car to run decent and yet be able to lap at Area 27 this summer will be great
I just know that the one place I was going to get my tune , had to be changed, perhaps they are over busy with work perhaps as a few things needed to get sorted
but with that being said, I will tell you honestly how I like the car performance once the ECU get reinstalled

You will be happy with presser and grateful you have support when needed. I still recommend stacking with the jb4 for extra punch on those track days.

A lot of guys on here that won't dare stand next to another guy at the urinal because they know their "tune" isn't big enough to please her.

I was wondering how your Pressertech Stage 2 tune is working with your Mods , that you now have as I have almost the same setup and Pressertech will be tuning mine Stinger GT this coming Tuesday ????

We have things to look forward to: Tracy, Arnie & myself, and of course anyone else who is willing to go through with the "procedure" - but for me it's another 20 sleeps, unfortunately

It will be another adventure indeed , I am not looking to build a race car ,, but darn it when I do want to play it will be great to know the car and the Tune will raise to occasion lol , and my car looks stock with full Kia Badges left on !!!
