• PLEASE! It is VERY important that this area is not used for the discussion of technical issues with your Stinger. This section is for posting about regional-specific things like Stinger clubs, events, local vendor or dealer recommendations, KiaStinger.com member sightings, etcetera... In other words, I do NOT want people to need to scour through several different sections to find answers about their heads up display. That's why there's a section dedicated specifically to discussions like that. THANK YOU!

Pictorial where did you go in your Stinger today

To add more to the confusion. My '22 RWD 22RWDtirepressure.webp

Yesterday we hiked to the mouth of Bell canyon, to "Dolly's rock" (my name for a fun rock with a view: a bit tricky getting up on top of this 8-10 foot high rock, but Nature provided the two leaning trees right over it :D Here's the post from last fall, to give some contrast fall to summer Pictorial where did you go in your Stinger today).

The new parking lots are finished. (Went looking for a "before" pic, but I must have imagined taking it.)

Sorry for polluting this thread again, just need to add that mine is AWD too (EU "GT", so something like the US "GT2"). So yeah, same car basically, different recommended pressures :cautious:

My hiking buddy and I hiked to Bourbon lake in the Uinta mountains. It's an easy hike and very picturesque. The pics don't do it much justice. Stopped to stand on the shore of Moose Horn lake, below Bald mountain. On the way out we got pummeled by a heavy though very brief rain shower, but it was very clean water and my Stinger looks fine.

How did you find the condition of the roads?

I think Greece has good roads. They have rocky soil (don't know if that's the term) so I guess they are super stable. They might not be the best kept roads you'll see but they usually don't have potholes.
Bulgaria, however, has very rough road surfaces. It's always very noisy. But, I drive through there a couple times a year to get to Greece or to get to their very nice winter resorts. It's worth it :)

A simple hike in Little Cottonwood canyon. My wife chose it. We have not been on the White Pines trail for years: only hiked a little over an hour up it, to this switchback where there is a tiny meadow in its alpine flowers glory, which is where we ate. Gray clouds gathered and we heard distant thunder most of the c. three hours but lucked out: even to the extent that right after I pulled under our carport then the rain came and missed me (coming from the south for a change, heh).

Back to the Uinta mountains. We hiked to Fehr, Shepard, Marshall and Hoover lakes (without either of we two 69-year-old guys falling down, though we did a fair amount of staggering around, hah).

Our little Stinger Winger group in my area had our biggest turnout a couple weeks back at whopping 9 Stingers. Which we were pleased with. But you folks, wow you’ve all got some enthusiasm good for you all. Hopefully you inspire some of the dead-beats in my area to come out. I guess thats why “they” say “ the more the merrier”. Cheers:thumbup:
