Paint / Clear coat failure ?

Hmm, I just had both headlights replaced under warranty due to peeling clearcoat. between that and this thread im now kinda worried how the rest of the clear coat is going to fare in the Aussie sun
These paint flaws maybe forgiven on a entry level econobox, but definatley unacceptable for a premium car like this one..

Make that four as my decklid is doing the same thing.
Mind posting the pics? Is it following the same general pattern of failure as all the others here so far? Dark paint and failed clear coat & paint isolated to the boot deck section?

Mmmmmmmmmm Aurora Black....

#5 - Aurora Black with a faded deck lid. This is probably the only pic/evidence I have of mine being faded. But it was faded like that when I picked it up used with about 41k miles on the clock. I didn’t get to take too many pictures of her as she was destroyed about 6 months later in a hail storm.

Holy crap! How big were those hail balls???

Whoa! Lived in Texas for a few years and those hail storms are no joke. My neighbor had a new Toyota pickup that he

bought at a hail sale for a really good price.
