Hi - Has anyone worked out how to override the exhaust valves on the new factory Stinger exhaust?
Great thks MickeyDeeMake sure the car is off. From memory if you put your hand up on the outside of each muffler you’ll feel a plug. Disconnect and secure the wire/plugs. Turn car on and the valves will be permanently open.
car off and unplug them at the valve. takes 5 mins i did mine on monday at work.Hi - Has anyone worked out how to override the exhaust valves on the new factory Stinger exhaust?
just find which fuse its tapped into and wired up a switch. pretty simple jobAny smart sparkies out there who can come up with a switch in the front that controls it? Auto - ie. OEM, CLOSED and OPEN? Some wire and an easy DIY mod?
Unlikely to be a tap like V1/V2. Most likely hard wired to a shared non constant power fuse. I'm so far not aware of anyone identifying which fuse it utilises.just find which fuse its tapped into and wired up a switch. pretty simple job

Hi mate, had a quick look today for these plugs. Is it one that's covered in a black shroud the runs from the bottom of the outer exhaust?Make sure the car is off.
