Cold start clip with some short revs after break in period. Reverb in the cabin is significant. Wrapped tips to eliminate that.
 
I'd love to hear 0-60 (mph) and 60-0 using 4th and 3rd gear engine braking, if you're willing to make more clips...

I will try to do that this weekend :D:D:D

I have 0 sound reverting in the cabin with my tips, I think the wrap was a good idea but having the tips clamp on the mufflers tips and exiting outside the diffuser is helping carrying "that sound" out ... IMO

I didn’t understand what you were asking about when I received your email as there was no indication of a discount, or seeing our forum post and reaching out regarding it.

Please understand that sometimes through email, tone can be misunderstood. We have many customers that reach out to us through email that need assistance with finding a product on our website, and if you don’t mention that you saw the post that we had offered a discount on the forum, (as other members of the forum that have reached out to us) we have no way of knowing that that is what you were asking about.

I am a hard-working business owner, and I go above and beyond to help any of my customers. I would never troll or give false impressions of a discount. Yeah it can definitely be frustrating when you don’t get a response back when reaching out to a company for assistance.

Tim, I just had a chance to check.

You sent us an email at 5:16 PM yesterday August 29th, 2019. (After we were closed for the day)

You asked if I could get in touch with the manufacturer to confirm the tip size of the exhaust for you. You mentioned that you were having a difficult time getting a response back from the manufacturer and you wanted to see if I could help.

I was not in the office today, as I left out of town for the holiday weekend. I think it’s pretty absurd that you’re acting this way because you didn’t get a response back within 23 hours of emailing us. I apologize I have not replied back to you, I am not in the office today, and I did send an email to the manufacturer for you to see if I can obtain the information you requested.

Once I have a response back from the manufacturer, I will absolutely reply back to you. Please don’t try and give others the impression that we don’t follow through post sale, or that we don’t reply to customers emails, as that is absolutely false.

It's just a shame that to import especially bigger things like rear spoilers you need to get a shipping agent to send to Australia and then the currency exchange rate makes the import for me too expensive.:(.......back on topic.....

David it is not absurd to expect an answer to a question I have been asking since August 7. I emailed you proof, I still have the email chain. Yes, I have been trying to get this information since August 7 from both K8 and Thermal. Keep that in mind if you are interested in Thermal products. They don't respond to inquiries and their phone number is non functioning. I did not just give David 24 hours to respond, he had over three weeks and multiple emails to respond to. If anyone doubts this just ask and I can post the email from August 7 along with several others on tis subject. And I don't care to hear that you got good service, that is great, but I did not get timely responses.
I’m sorry Tim, but this is absurd, you did not ask me this question until yesterday the 29th, after telling me you were unable to get a hold of Thermal R&D. You had mentioned to me previously, that you had a hard time reaching out to them, which has absolutely nothing to do with us, as we are not related to the company in anyway whatsoever. (Other than the fact that we sell their products on our website)

You did reach out to me on August 7th asking me if I had information on the size of the tips for the exhaust from Thermal R&D, at which time I explained to you that I did not have that information and I apologized to you that the manufacturer was not getting back to you. You were looking to order custom sized tips, and I did not have the information for you that you were looking for.

Regardless, at this point I would like to agree to disagree and move forward. I have no problem working with customers, but you lashing out against me, my company, and my credibility, because I am unable to help you find out information from the manufacturer which you are having a difficult time getting a hold of, is ridiculous. (Especially after I did reach out to them and was waiting for a response back)

This thread has gotten majorly off-topic, this thread is regarding the MBRP exhaust, and not thermal R&D or the K8 Stinger Store.
 
Every time I get a notification from this thread I'm hoping there is actually a new posting about MBRP. :(
