Figures I get the Eibach set from you and a few weeks later these come out..

I am sure this had to do with the endlink shortage..

The lack of grease nipples could be an issue a year or two from installation... It's part of why I opted for the Eibachs as none of the other swaybars have that on their brackets for some reason.

What do they mean by fixed position sway bars?

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
Edit: Nevermind, they use the "attachable" rings as stops, lol

I like that they use oem style brackets to secure the bar. Looks much easier to wrench on.

What are the bushings made from? Hopefully just stiffer rubber, as I see no grease fittings...

These endlinks are NOT designed for the Kia Stinger!! This is what ships: Sway bar - link - KLC180-335

I'm working with Whiteline to fix the problem.

*** EDIT ***

WOW! Is all I can say. Khartunerz got in touch with me and all will be made whole! Whiteline's shipping out the right part and Nick is taking care of me.

Apparently Khartunerz got the wrong parts from Whiteline somehow. The customer service here from both Whiteline and Khartunerz has been exceptional!

Proper parts are as follows:

front - Sway bar - link - KLC180-295 **edited 7/10/19 per Whiteline support*

rear - Sway bar - link - KLC180-115

Great job, Khartunerz! I'll check you guys for upgrades first in the future!

CORRECTION! Apparently the website wasn't 100% accurate or Whiteline's refined/changed what they'll use for the Stinger up front. The proper part number is KLC180-295! I'm editing the above post with the corrected part number!

... and I'll post up when I receive the new turnbuckles and have them installed!

So is Khartunerz shipping the right package now?

Those on preorder will be sent the updated versions
and those that already have the fronts will be getting new turnbuckles direct from whiteline

Currently going through all orders to sort them out

Nice, Nick. Thanks!

I got the KLC180-195 links, not the correct KLC180-295 links, in the complete kit (BKK001) sent direct from Whiteline. Someone at the factory made a boo-boo during packing, and I imagine they've got a few kits to correct. Anyone getting this set should check the links in the bag as soon as it arrives.

The US website still lists the wrong front links for the Stinger: Sway bar - link - KLC180-195, while the correct link has no compatible vehicles shown (Sway bar - link - KLC180-295). The Australian web page is accurate, though (Whiteline KLC180-295).

I understand the purpose of upgrading the sway bars, but what specifically is the outcome of upgrading the links as well?

Probably more of the same, the upgraded links are much more sturdy so they probably eliminate the thing stock bars flexing. So a bit more tightening up of roll control, better handling.

Just received the sway bar kit, front and back with the adjustable links. The rear bar has a 'twist' of 3/8 inch, measured under the end blade, lying on a dead flat table. That's a bit much IMO. Is this an issue? I don't want to have a problem with the end links being too long when makeing up for that twist. The front one is about 1/16 off but I'm not worried about that. Have any of you set up the rear links at their shortest setting or do they have to be lengthend to match stock length?
The pictures show how three washers fit under one end while the other lays flat.
Thanks for your input. 20190721_121740.webp

Check with Whiteline if that's normal. It may be there to "pre-tension" the bar when it's installed.
I don't think that a sway would be pre-tensioned in a street application. The bar should simply freely rotate in its mounting points as the suspension travels equally on both sides, going over a speed bump for instance (square on that is). Only if one side moves differently from the other the bar will resist that motion and transfer the movement to the other side in order to keep the car from leaning, in a turn for instance.

It takes about 100 lbs of down force to straighten the twist (half my body weight... I'm guessing here). This would be equivalent of 50 lbs pushing down on one side and 50 lbs pulling up on the other if the end links would be the same length. This would upset the balance of the car.

So...as long as the clearances are OK and there is enough adjustment in the links threads to engage into the turn buckle properly to make up for the 3/8 twist it should not matter. However...quality control lacks and that's never good.

The front: I've just installed the front bar and it turns out that the turn buckles are too short by around 3/4 of an inch compared to stock, set at the minimum amount of thread required by the manufacturer to be engaged into the turn-buckle (14mm). Not a big deal as it seems that there is enough clearance to allow for this shorter link length but I rather have the stock length of the link at this setting. The bar simply rotates up a bit more than stock at normal ride height. This may be because my Stinger is AWD and the suspension sits a little higher than the RWD version. If so, Whiteline should offer a different length for the AWD version to keep the stock clearances intact.

I'll write to Whiteline or the seller to see what they want to do about the above and keep you posted.

PS> Initial impression of just having the front installed are great! I've had a Ford Fiesta ST before this and really enjoyed the Go-Kart feel that car had. The front of the Stinger is getting quite close to the way the Fiesta felt now, at the soft setting on the blade end! With the Stinger having this lump of an engine in the front that's impressive. I'm not sure why Kia did not go with stiffer bars to start with...it's exactly what the car needed! Can't wait to see what the rears will do once installed. Right now I can still feel it's tail wagging.
