I'm sure my review will not surprise anyone on this forum regarding Khartunerz and for the life of me, I cannot understand why Khartunerz is a forum sponsor given their history. I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering. What an absolute nightmare. I ordered both Spools low and high-pressure fuel pump's from Khartunerz website on 02 May 2023. On the 12th of May 2023 I stumbled across worrying vendor reviews on this forum regarding Khartunerz and reached out to Khartunerz on their website messaging system looking for an update as I had not had any updates regarding the order since ordering on the 2nd of May. I never received a response from this message and attempted one further time a week or so later using their website messaging system and surprise surprise no response. I eventually rang Khartunerz and the owner answered and proceeded to tell me there was a 2-3 week delay on Spool's end. I rang Spool myself and made a general inquiry who said there was a max wait of one week on their pumps and I left it for the time being. Around the 25th of May, I reached out to Spool again and was told they had both fuel pumps in stock. On the 31st of May after being told by the owner of Khartunerz that the pumps will be out 'next week' for the second time I sent a message using their website messaging system telling them that if they cannot fulfill my order then I'd like an immediate refund. Well, what do you know? I got a response from Khartunerz fairly quickly.

But does take SPOOL quite a bit to get these completed
At the moment they expect them ready to ship this Friday

I rang Spool on the 3rd of June and asked if they had received an order from Khartunerz for the high and low-pressure fuel pumps. Would you believe it? Khartunerz had not even ordered the pumps! Azmi from Spool was nice enough to call Khartunerz to find out what was going on.
Not long after my phoine call to Azmi from Spool I had an email from Kartunerz wanting to confirm my mailing address and said the pumps should coming next week. Apparently, the pumps would ship by the following Friday to which I responded with "if you cannot guarantee this then I want a refund on my order". My order was canceled and on the 7th of June, I was notified that I should see a full refund within 1-7 business days.
14 business days later or just over 3 weeks later and still no refund. What an absolute joke. I'm currently out of pocket $3048 USD.
