Flickering driver door switch lights and ambient lighting issue

Figured I would chime in on this. I had experienced the door switch flickering a long time ago, but it just recently happened again and then today with both the door switch and ambient lighting turning off and on. I've also noticed a random issue where the proximity warning is continuously chiming and showing the screen for the proximity warning on the dash off and on while reversing until I put it in drive. Also have had another weird issue(s) that I made a whole post for that involves some weird and somewhat crippling software problems that started occurring after the September OTA update. It's going to the dealer on Wednesday, which I will bring up both of these issues at. There has to be some commonality between the flickering lights and everything else we are experiencing, wherever those things connect.
If anybody has found any conclusion to anything, please update the thread.
Thanks y'all.

Good morning. My experience is that some of the connectors can be compromised by water creating bad connections. After Kia literally changed many of my connectors by replacing a harness here and there, those problems went away. I unfortunately can’t tell you which ones they replaced for the door, but they did replace ones related to the turbos and the proximity sensors and that fixed those problems.

2023 GT2 and I have the issue as well. Thank you for sharing

Yes. I have lighted canards. Still having it pop up now and then. Flickering. Seat and steering wheel too. Gremlins.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
This issue is so bizarre. I feel like it has only happened when the weather is colder, which would indicate that it is some sort of hardware/wiring issue. That said, it seems to kind of happen at the same time the car is experiencing other bugs, such as the head unit doing stupid stuff and/or the parking sensors reacting to things that either aren't there or aren't close at all. Has anybody found any definitive cause/fix for this problem? Just been experiencing it today in only the driver side door switches, and turning the vehicle off then back on did not resolve it.

Somebody had the same issues on Reddit with phantom sensor chimes, window switch lights flickering, etc and said it was their driver door window master switch being melted. It’s easy enough to take off the door card and check.

Funny enough, I just checked that out a few minutes ago. Definitely seems like a solid item to look into. Can't be way too complicated for a DIY, either.
Thanks

Yeah, I’ve been meaning to take my door card off to check but with temps where they are right now I have no desire to spend a bunch of time in the garage.

Here’s a video for the door card removal for those that need it:
