I trust you about the 56lbs!
10lbs box? that sounds like a lot!
but anyway, I will find out the truth and update my findings. Thanks for pointing this out!

I am looking at all posts from aftermarket shops and everyone claims either
- 50% weight reduction vs. stock
- 20kg(44lbs) weight reduction vs. stock
Someone is not telling the truth.
I think we can safely assume any mandrel bent ~2.5" exhaust will provide similar performance gains. The number and style of mufflers/resonators can cause this to vary some, obviously, but in the real world I don't think anyone can find a measurable difference in performance between most of these catbacks.
I have read though a couple, I’d like a collective thread like this one to help me follow through. It’s really something I want to add with a jb4 for the spring when she really emerges. The sound of the stock car really takes away from the fun imo
Here are my thoughts since I am pretty touchy about my exhaust sounds / db levels:
I would move Muffler Delete up to just below the stock exhaust and rate it at 5s across the board since that should be the furthest extreme in terms of the opposite of the stock exhaust. Then at least we have two points of reference between quietest and loudest setups.
I would ask that people try as much as possible to listen to several back to back to back live like at a meet as that is the best way to be close to an apples-to-apples comparison.
If people are going to suggest edits they should also note any other changes to the exhaust specifically deletion of either of the cats as that has a huge impact on sound levels.
