You should be seeing 3.2 volts at that level, yes.

I’d say try bypassing the analyzer go right from the sensor to pin 4 but I have a feeling DAC stands for “Digital to Analogue Converter” hence the analogue output option. Maybe will work maybe signal is digital or pwm

For this car, jb4 aside, anytime gotta kill some time and waiting in the car isn’t much of a bother anymore. Got a full web browser, GPS, plus all the video streaming apps. Can even play games and link a controller.

Up to 5 BT device connections at once so can stream music from my phone over BT while connected to jb4 and fuel it and still have room for 2 more devices

After some back-and-forth yesterday with Burger customer service on the Fuel-It! side of things they said they thought it might be a software issue w the JB4 and included Terry in the email. He responded back and said that you don’t need JB4 to analyze the fuel in order for it to run correctly and asked if I had my white wire in the # four pin. so I’m gonna go out on the limb and say that it’s probably not going to get figured out.
 
negative no wiper control. I run the jb4 app on my main screen using my CarPlay AI box as well as fuel it so changing maps is easy enough as it is and I don’t change maps much leave it my custom map 6 and now with my BEF getting insane timing.

The box is amazing can view logs, change configs, email logs, split screen jb4 app and have full control and you can also run any app while driving including YouTube and Netflix etc anything in App Store. Turns your main screen/wired CarPlay into a full android tablet plus gives you standard CarPlay wirelessly

So wiper control seemed antiquated

I recommend getting the 8gigx128 as the jb4 gauges are graphically demanding and on lower hardware can lag. If close all unused apps and kill unneeded processes (one button for each) it’s very reactive and snappy and logs don’t loose any fidelity

What are you running custom in map 6 if you don’t mind me asking? I’ve been doing YouTube and form research, but not a lot of people w the same setup and most sound like they know 1/10 of what you do. I’ve been running map 5, with the same BEF as you and e40-50 is what I feel like the car likes best.

Would be easier to email you my config than post and shrink screen shots. Essentially with the BEF the jb4 is just a boost/cpi controller now.

I’m experimenting with different numbers up top to hold a flat 20 till shift point and cpi start points.

Added a can of this the other day and man were my “burbles” loud and car was very torquey

Got some logs with insane timing holding 18.5* for half the power band damn near while getting minimal correction in a single cylinder with 22psi tapering to 20.

Just noticed some numbers in my config changed not sure if from BEF or resetting ecu but that “shouldn’t” effect the apps data

This was with a 7.5 psi injection start point. Got it at 9.5 now, rolled off second for a 3-4 pull.

Main thing I notice besides timing is everywhere my hpfp was crashing it is now adding more pressure. 11 isn’t fully needed taking strain off the hpfp holding mostly at 10 and trims are pulling fuel, so fueling isn’t an issue at this boost level.

If was between the hpfp pr cpi I’d still go cpi. CPI will clean carbon and keep the motor healthy. If upgrade the hpfp likely the injectors are at 100% duty cycle and the next limiting factor

But I got fix my config it dropped a psi on every column after 5k in app before was holding basically flat boost no taper

I stand corrected, apparently bit 4 under wmi would allow jb4 control based on e levels like if needed to run 93 because no e near by or for people who switch mixes a lot. I like the idea of a quick way to run 93 in a pinch without having to flash/have the ek1
On you at all times especially since e85 pumps are kinda few and far between in my area.

We had more a few years back but they all switched to ethanol free. People here don’t know what flex fuel is. Even my buddy(who isn’t a car guy by any means) has been driving a ford focus I believe that has a flex fuel badge and has no idea what it meant or heard of e85
 
I was going to just go with the stage 2 pump originally and it was out of stock for 4 ish months and the rep @ Burger recommended CPI. Theres e85 everywhere here and they just opened a new Raceway station .7 miles from my house so it was a no brainer. I had someone on reddit arguing his wmi and barrel VP in the backyard… come on it’s not even a comparison.

on another note, I took your advice and emailed Terry and let him know that my solution for the white wire not reading through the JB4 app was to purchase the car play AI box and just run a split screen, and asked for a voucher and his response was ”I don’t recommend that we need to find out what the actual issue is, send me a picture of the pin and the number four spot and then after that we will probably are going to swap JB4 motherboard“ Still didn’t give me the voucher for the box though Haaa haaaa

So if I want to run just 93 it’s just selecting bit 4 to on and saving? That’s def convenient because my parents don’t have e85 by them and I am taking a trip next weekend.

Also don’t ask terry and don’t mention the box just say switching phones and ask if have to buy the app again and email the main customer support email. They should ask for a receipt then give you a code once send receipt
