Since I’ve been having issues getting straight, reliable and courteous answers from importshark regarding a purchase of a painted G type spoiler on March 16. On that day, I received an email saying it was in process and being painted to ship in 7-10 days. Yesterday I received word (AFTER I ASKED) that the part is not even in stock to be painted and it would be a number of weeks to receive it. I had even asked to be part of the group buy but was told no because the part was “already in process”.......obviously NOT the case and I had to pay full price. It took my posting yesterday to actually get a response from Mike and it was not a good one. Now, I’m not expecting anybody to memorize member names and IDs, etc but I DID get an order number and how many other people do you know that are called Labelnerd on their email?? Common sense right? Apparently common sense and courtesy are not that common these days. I’ve searched under “ importshark problems” on the web and you should see what comes up. Too much to list. Anyone ordering from this company/person stands a very good chance of losing their monies at worst or at best waiting weeks or months for parts that otherwise seem available on EBay within 3 days. I do NOT bash people publicly unless they deserve it but the rudeness and language used towards me by Mike on my email are unacceptable for a forum like this.
