Yes, I contacted Ark in the USA through the details found here. They advised there were two dealers, one in Victora: Import monster and in NSW: Garage 88. Quotes from both were about the same.

Yes Hi DC have now been told the end of August before ARK US receives them and then another 10 days before distributor get mine down here. As it turns out I've had it on order longer than I thought- since the End of May!

Good to hear mate, finally some light at the end of a long Tunnel.
I'm going to have a look at the Unichip exhaust system next week otherwise I think I'll purchase the ARK !!
