I tried searching but couldn't find anything specific regarding reviews of this site. Anyone use them and have an opinion?

Thanks!

I've ordered LED bulbs from them on three different occasions. First time the bulbs were out of stock and communication was poor. Took a few weeks to ship but once Shark got the stock in I received the usual tracking info. Next two times everything was perfect. Being small items though they shipped via seacan on a ship.

I’ve ordered twice from them, purchased the Stainless Steel Trunk Trim & Carbon Fibre look Engine Cover & I had no problems with dealing with them or the items they supplied.

I just purchased a proximity auto lock/unlock module. Their support is non-existent when I encourage difficulties on the installation. And it got worse, as my module wasn't working as it supposed to. I tried asking for help to troubleshooting, all they say and imply is they had tested the module before shipping and it's my problem that it's not working. I then tried asking for a replacement, they asked me to buy USD300 worth of stuffs from them before they ship me one. I counter proposed USD200 but they won't barged. Even asking for a refund was difficult as they didn't provide me a ship to address and contact and based on their invoice I got when the shipped the module to me, it's just USD80 instead of USD99 when I paid for it. Considering the honesty, way of conducting business, support level and quality, I decided against buying more from them and the shipping cost to return the module is just not worth it. I won't suggest anyone to get from them, unless you are in their vicinity to get face to face support. You will be better off spending your money elsewhere for a better quality product and support.

You’d likely win a dispute with emails like that from them.

Pretty sure lots of people have said "never again" with regards to Shark..

well I'm on the other side. I've ordered an axle back exhaust and a Zest aero kit from them, total about $2,000. While I'll admit their communication is slow (but they will communicate if approached decently) and shipping can be slow (both parts had to come from Korea and took a few months), none the less all the parts came in eventually. I would order from them again, not expecting a lot of conversation and giving them an abundance of time to get me whatever I ordered

No offence. I meant that their support is just not there when I need it. If what I ordered are not faulty, it's just slow communications and shipping. It's only when I had problem with the module that I found out the hard way that their support is not there just as when I needed it the most. Guess it's just my luck on getting a faulty module.

This is a different shark. Import Shark is the one that has burned hundreds of ppl across many platforms and dozens of forums.

I have ordered a few items from Shark Racing. Overall, the quality was decent, but shipping took a while and communication was spotty at best. They do have some unique parts that are hard to find elsewhere, but be prepared for a bit of a wait. I would say if you are in no rush and can deal with the occasional communication hiccup, it’s worth a shot. Just manage your expectations on delivery times. Ride with responsibility.

Good experience for me a couple of times and good communication just remember different time zones and international shipping

I'm keen on one of those pulleys for the water pump but at the moment they are only anodised red with no other option.

I got an order in now and have ordered in the past. no issues.
