Alignment Specs?

Here are the specs from an alignment I attempted to have done on my GT2 AWD:

Unable to Correct LR Tire Camber

(Still working with the dealer. When I took the car in, I was told that they didn't have the latest Hunter updates to align a car they sell.)

Hope that helps!

Cheers

Can anyone help with alignment specs for the base model. I have it on 20"s and just installed Eibach springs. I stopped at two places locally who did not have the specs.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Here is a pic of my alignment specs (they work fine) - it is GT 3.3T AWD 18" (winter wheels, I have factory 19" for the Summer)Geometria_6-11-2018.webp .

This seems to be a problem all over. I had my dealership contact corporate, they said they will have to send a tech down to update their computers.

@iGreenTech Which dealer was it? I had mine aligned not long ago and they had the specs for it.

I'm still waiting on them to call me.

Funny thing, my rotors where warped! My job is in Katy, so i called Westside Kia. Long story short, they were $150 a piece for the front too; However, head over to KiaAutoPartsAccessories website. Everythings genuine/new at a discounted price, plus their based out of Houston.

is this not a warranty issue? (I have not read the thread on warped rotors)

1 year 12,000 mile warranty is what i was told. I'm at 34,000 Miles now (Due to driving from Conroe to Katy every day) which didn't help me none. They also said they would resurface the rotors for $300 which is crap if you can just buy new ones for $300, but seriously, go on KiaAutoPartsAccessories and they're $98 a piece on their. Sorry for going all over the place lol- back to the initial story.... I took my car in to see how much would it cost to swap the rotors, it's $240 for labor for 2 hours (i wound up changing the rotors myself..) They lifted my car in the air to discover my right passenger tire had imploded and showing threads. That very day they discovered my Alignment was off, plus i had to buy new tires. Another thing, I am a General Merchandise Manager at Sam's Club, get your Michelin Pilot Sport 4's their. We sell them for $279.68 each for the Rear, compared to Kia tryna charge me $300+ each. After i got my tires they couldn't align them cause they didn't have the alignment specs. Imma have to check back soon cause i sure as heck don't wanna ruin my new tires i just bought!

Ha!...I knew your story sounded familiar. We met a while back, around labor day weekend IIRC. I'm the guy with the other white GT2. We talked for a while in the parking lot of the Sam's you work at. You were about to leave but there was a meet going on that Sunday.

It's odd that they told you at westside, that they didn't have the specs, as they aligned mine not long ago, who is your service advisor?

how the hell do they not have alignment specs? The car has been out for 20mo. I wonder if anyone has tried that special customer care # that they give stinger owners?

oh what's up man! yeaa man they had me messed up, saved myself $432.49 bucks doing some stuff myself and just buying the tires from my own company. like literally, 3 weeks ago i was trapped in Lufkin, Texas cause nobody in town had my tires so i went to Lufkin's Kia and they didn't have it. I went to another place in they also didn't have it. If Westside haves it, imma have to go over their ASAP!

I haven't tried it yet, but i will do some research cause it's funny that some dealerships wouldn't have their alignment database updated.

Yeah, most tire shops dont carry our tires, they have to be ordered, and yes the dealer charges a fortune for them. I experienced this when I had to replace mine at 15k miles. I ended up buying them somewhere else and then took it in for alignment.

...Two days ago, I received an email from the Kia dealer's service manager notifying me that by the end of this month they will have the alignment specs for my Stinger !!!!..almost a year since I bought the car.....also, He mentioned that they have in stock the korean tires Hankook Ventus V12 evo2 all season for the Stinger, of which I have read very good comments.....

I’ve owned 2 sets of the Hankook Evo 1 series and was happy with both. They’re not all seasons though, summer rated.
