I couldn’t get mine to work at first, my sales lady used a computer to get it set up.Only issue I’m having is UVO isn’t working apparently Kia Canada is having issues and it doesn’t think my vin is valid. My sales guy already placed a call with Kia Canada and I should be getting an update in a few days.
Do you have 2 sets(summer and winter)? If those are your winters that’s sweet, wouldn’t mind the part number. Can’t wait to see it on the roads, too bad the winter is $hit right now.I honestly don’t even know hahaha they I’m looking at my paperwork right now, doesn’t say. I’ll follow up with my sales guy this afternoon. They look nice though! Haha!

As I recall, the registration process for UVO requires the name used to activate to EXACTLY match the name used for your sales paperwork - can't be any different initials, abbreviations, periods, spaces, capitals, etc. or it won't go through (and doesn't tell you why).Only issue I’m having is UVO isn’t working apparently Kia Canada is having issues and it doesn’t think my vin is valid. Maybe for your name to show up with the vin. The app it self is useful, you get monthly reports about your car and the remote start works great(started mine from Hawaii), only thing is, it’s slow.Yeah they called Kia Canada and I have to wait like 3 days or something.
Yeah I have the RDR paperwork. My sales guy gave it to me. I can't even get to that part anyways as my vin says its invalid. Kia Canada says this has happened a few times. They're supposed to call me back to follow up.As I recall, the registration process for UVO requires the name used to activate to EXACTLY match the name used for your sales paperwork - can't be any different initials, abbreviations, periods, spaces, capitals, etc. or it won't go through (and doesn't tell you why).
