What did you do to your Kia Stinger today?

Car and family at the Big12 Championship game. Go Horns!!
Making me thinking about trading mine in on a gts. Do you daily the car, just curious?

Its one of the daily cars... we have 3 Kias. Not all Stingers lol
How does that carbon fiber hold up? Worse or better than say the black chrome on a regular gt?

Does the gts have wireless charging?

Its holding up very well. I prefer the carbon fiber over the black chrome.

Yes, it has wireless charging pad.
don't get too hung up on the wireless charger. it's more of a phone heater than a charger. it takes forever to charge.

My base gt has it, it works just fine for me. I just didn't wanna "downgrade" potentially if I traded my car in on a gts.

I don’t depend on it to charge my phone, but I put it there so when having the jb4 app running or using wireless CarPlay, it doesn’t discharge towards zero.

Mine…well, from 1993 to 2001. Pettit Turn Key Terror. Let me know if you have any questions. Always happy to talk rotaries. Sold my 2005 RX8 GT last year.

My brand new Nitto Motivo A/S tires are only 48 hours "old", and the RF tire flipped this c. 6' long, run-over, flattened, gnarly piece of 1/2" wide steel strapping "tape", and the business end - out of the three ends, only one is still sharp like a chisel - went into the sidewall of my RR tire. Dead. Has anyone had a brand new tire die quicker than this?

That sucks. Did it do any damage to the car?

Hopefully you got the optional road hazard coverage.

Not a scratch, which is probably a miracle.

Nitto doesn't offer road hazard as far as I can tell. If they did I'd take it, now. Hahah.
That's why I use Discount Tire. Blew out of of the Nitto 555 G2s on the Lightning this year. Was a 3 year old tire and they replaced it no questions asked.

Road hazard is usually offered at the tire retailer.

I guess that's a big chain thing? Small, professional shops don't do that. But there are other benefits, like spot-on load force balancing the first time, in other words, perfection starting out. They catch things like manufacturing defects. And they don't put tires on inside out. I'm talking about Big O, now.

Edit to add, the replacement Nitto Motivo cost $195. After $11.25 for disposal and recycling, and tax, the total was $221.54. They could have just let me suck up the full price of a new 255 tire. Can't complain.
