Replacing the front and rear brake pads on my 2019 Kia Stinger GT 3.3L and I am needing suggestions. Any and all help is greatly appreciated! Thanks.

Tons of suggestions in this thread:

It's long, starting from the last page and going back from there might be best to find the latest and most recommended parts.

I hear good things about the EBC yellow stuff, a price pricey for pads, but how often do you replace them…

These are what I'm currently considering.

I like PowerStop, I have them on my Honda Ridgeline with their rotors and have read pretty positive comments here for the Stinger. Definitely a nice price!

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
There's another thread on here discussing "Clunking" of the Z26's due to them not being sized right. Apparently they're a touch small and because of that when you go from forward to reverse, and vice versa, they clunk back and forth. Stinger Brake Pads Replacement

That would be annoying and not worth the savings IMO

With the noted issues do you have any other suggestions?

Is what I used.
Centric pads have been excellent for me for daily driving duties, for that last 26k kms.

Absolutely wrong, it's such a minor thing I think it's more than worth paying about half what comparable other pads are going for. But I do agree that ultra twitchy people might find any noise too much to bear.

Also, supposedly the sizing issue is fixed on the latest part but it's impossible to tell which you're getting since the part number remained the same.

Not impossible to tell..

You just need to check the date of manufacture on the pads..

Impossible to tell when ordering, unless someone pulled a set off the shelf in the warehouse to check the date and dropped that exact set into a box for you. By now though I suspect most of the old stock is probably gone and the redesigned pads are probably being shipped.

^^I'd imagine if your ordering from RockAuto that their stock is not going to be old with the volume those guys move!

Probably, especially with almost a year since the new part was made/shipped.
