I don’t remember which springs I had but I didn’t assume that the car had been lowered when I first started driving it. It wasn’t extreme but it was low enough that there were dents along the bottom of the strip underneath the doors. They were there before I bought the car. It had less than 6,000 miles on it & I was excited to find a GT with such low mileage. I didn’t realize until after I started driving it that it had several modifications, most of which I like. But besides the dents along the bottom of the side, it partially tore the plastic panel from under the engine compartment, cracked the left front corner of my front clip underneath the grill & broke some of the tabs that hold the grill in place! It was also wearing the tires unevenly. So for me, the lowered stance just wasn’t worth it. I’m not a professional mechanic, so if the car is hitting or dragging the ground when I’m running errands & driving in normal situations, damaging the car, it’s more or less “bottoming out” as far as I’m concerned.
