Have you installed it yet? If you decide not to I may be interested in taking it off your hands.Too lazy to put mine in been sitting in the console for two months lol.
Not sure about that but I think luck played a big part in itYou drove an hour and a half with tips unsecured and didn't lose any? God must love you.![]()
Yep, always open, it’s not a Bimodal. The Bimodal I sold after installing the Borla.any sound clips of the Borla exhaust ? Also, I take it you lose the ability to open and close the valves so always open?
love the tips!
Unfortunate, but a least a descent person for sticking around. Hopefully Sonic comes back quickly and better than newInstead of " what did you do to your Stinger ? ", this post is what did" someone else do to my Stinger ?"
Last Friday, I was in a bit of a rush to make the post office so didn't park far away like usual. My son waited in the car and it was a really windy day.
Came back to the car and my son says " a man hit your car with his door, I don't know if there is any damage "
I looked, saw a white mark on the passenger side. I took pic of the owners car next to me and waited. Shortly, along came an elderly gent, I asked " is this your car ? " he replied it was and that he had no intention of driving off. He explained as he opened the door the wind blew it out of his grip, he has mild Parkinson's so obviously his strength / reaction isn't as good. He admitted he hit my car and has insurance. I asked for his driver's licence and took a pic of that, we exchanged names and phone numbers.
When I got home, I contacted my car insurance and lodged a claim. Took Sonic to be assessed this past Monday, she is going in for repairs tomorrow. They will be keeping her for four working days to get out the dents and respray.
I was miffed of course but it was an accident and at least the old guy admitted liability. Good news, my insurance company have waived the excess as I had the third parties details and I get some hire car whilst Sonic is in the shop.
Same thing happened to me, in my freshly repainted '94 Voyager. Ironically, there was no visible damage to the other car, but the edge of my door was pushed in noticeably. I drove off. Hah. Even now, I have not fully recovered, it was so stupid. But it taught me to hold onto my Stinger door and I've trained my wife to do likewise. He explained as he opened the door the wind blew it out of his grip,
I could kick myself because normally I avoid parking next to other cars in strong wind for this very reason, as well as staying clear of shopping trollies.Same thing happened to me, in my freshly repainted '94 Voyager. Thank you, I was pleased they could do it before Christmas.Unfortunate, but a least a descent person for sticking around. Hopefully Sonic comes back quickly and better than new

4.5 out of 10? He’s very generous!!Thanks, fingers crossed.
Rolling in a hire car, a Renault Koleos .when I picked up my 12 yo son on Friday after his last day of school, I hadn’t mentioned I’d be in a different car.
We walked to where I normally park the Stinger, he looks around and asked “ where’s the car ? “ I open the SUV ‘s door and say “ here it is “ , he gets in, looks around and says “ compared to the Stinger, this car sucks, I give it 4.5 out of 10 “![]()
