Ok i understand now. I'm old school and used to inserting feeler and tapping electrode against something solid. This just pushes on the end of the spark plug. The cut through the middle is to slip a feeler gauge through to check the gap.
Splitter looks great on a white car ( and a little familiarOver the weekend fitted a Maxton V1 front splitter with help from a friend who had access to a two post hoist.

Those rotors look a bit heat effected, may need to upgrade those too before your next track day outing. So today I swapped back from the factory wheels and tires to my GMax wheels and Kumho Tires ( after going out on the track ).

While I had them off I decided to find out the actual weight differences between Factory and what I fitted.
FRONT: OEM Wheel with 95% 225 tire: 25.2KG
FRONT: GMax Flow Forged Alloy Wheel with 99% 245 tire: 22.0KG
REAR: OEM Wheel with 95% 245 tire: 27.4KG
REAR: GMax Flow Forged Alloy Wheel with 99% 275 tire: 22.8KG
I checked it twice !
Anyway, while I had it up, I cleaned the brakes and ceramic coated the calipers ( hoping they'll be easier to keep clean ).

And just for fun I set both Eibach swap bars to hard ( just to feel the difference ).
Time to go for drive....
True words ! Actually it's funny you say that.....Those rotors look a bit heat effected, may need to upgrade those too before your next track day outing.
Try Race Brakes Sydney in Wetherill Park, Mat should be able to hook you up with your requirements at a good price.True words ! Actually it's funny you say that.....
Was just look at the T3's ( like you have ) or throwing another $300+ down and getting the Fella Floating rotors with alloy hats.
Also contemplating some braided brake lines.
Will do... Thanks for the tip !Try Race Brakes Sydney in Wetherill Park, Mat should be able to hook you up with your requirements at a good price.
Not really that far from SMSP.

I would say 20 percent worn looking at your mileage. Should still have 80 percent left Shannon.Yesterday marked 3 years of ownership and I'm still loving it.
Today had 3 year service and complimentary grease of sway bars. Covered 28,200 km and service report states tyres ok. Tech said brakes at 80% but report states 80% worn. I'm very light on braking preferring to downshift and gently brake. I wonder which is correct and how long pads will last.
Also took pic of fuel consumption since last service, most of it being short metro trips.

That's what I was thinking tooI would say 20 percent worn looking at your mileage. Should still have 80 percent left Shannon.
Got my 50,000km service last Friday said my brakes were at 70% so given you’re about 20,000km behind me that would track roughly I guess that you’d be about 80%.Yesterday marked 3 years of ownership and I'm still loving it.

Makes sense as you do a lot of highway driving too. Will be interesting to see how long they last.Got my 50,000km service last Friday said my brakes were at 70% so given you’re about 20,000km behind me that would track roughly I guess that you’d be about 80%.

I’m due for my 60K service in a week or so. I’ll report back on my brakes for comparison purposes.Makes sense as you do a lot of highway driving too. Will be interesting to see how long they last.
Curious to see how this goes.Yesterday I changed all rotors and pads and bled the brakes since the brakes have been 'average' since the track day.
I spent good $'s on the pads and went for DBA XP's but I decided to try something less costly than the DBA's T3 range ( that are too expensive IMO ). Hopefully this setup works out, but in the mean time, I'll get the factory rotors skimmed as a back-up plan.
The rotors I went for are BCP ( Brake Clutch Pro ) brand, 'Street Prime Stage 2' variant. Never heard of them before but thought I'd get em a try.
At $515 FOR ALL FOUR ROTORS, why not. ( That's less than a pair of T3 Fronts alone ). I doubt these will be as good as DBA T3's but for the price, if they work well enough, I'll be happy.

Amazingly, the front Brembo pads were at roughly 60% remaining, which ain't much for a car with ONLY 5,800KM driven ( plus 1 track day ).
Rear pads were at roughly 70% also.
Only done around 150KM so far and have started to get some mild squeal under light braking but it's still early days.Curious to see how this goes.
I'm also thinking about this setup. Just worried about brake noise
Took the OEM rotors to the brake shop and they cleaned em up with Blue-B-GoneThose rotors look a bit heat effected, may need to upgrade those too before your next track day outing.
