Have any of you purchased and installed an M&S splitter from KDM Warehouse? I received mine today but it has no instructions as how to mount and there are no pre drilled holes to go by. Anyone have this problem?

They aren’t predrilled.

it only mounts one way. You look from the back on where the best place to drill / bolt it in place. And you use tape / clamps to hold in place (with the front end off the car)... then drill. Then use the bolt/screw to hold in place.

Thanks for your reply, but I'm not taking the front end off to mount this splitter. It should have pre drilled hole's or at least a template of where to drill. Sal at KDM is working on getting me some info now. Thanks Art

It takes 5 minutes. By yourself.
But okay....

(with the front end off the car)...

I cannot agree more, this is KEY to getting it lined up right. And yup, it takes just a few minutes to get the front bumper off a Stinger. I have had mine off 10+ times without any issues.

Yep. Removed my bumper to install my Maxton front splitter.

Well as everybody said, it was simple to pull the bumper cover off, only took me 10 minutes as I was a first timer. Definitely needs to be done to align the splitter correctly. I'm very happy with the fit and finish of the product, would recommend to all our Stinger owners.Stinger1.webp

Did you buy the gloss black one, or have it painted? How long have you had it on and how is it holding up? (It's on my wish list )

I bought the gloss black one, it has a very good paint job on it. Has been on the car for 2 months now, I love it, I just back in all parking spaces now so I don't take a chance of rubbing or knocking it off on a curb.

Paint protection film.

Looks great! You can install these without removing the bumper. I installed my Maxton Design V1 front lip without bumper removal. I just applied double-sided tape to the center of the lip, peeled the corner of the tape so it would stick out and I could peel it at the very end of the install, used spring clamps to hold the lip in place where I wanted it. Drilled my holes, installed where I could with the supplied bolts and used self tapping screws in bunch of other spots and finally peeled the tape at the end and applied some pressure. I've caught it on a couple curbs with zero issues and it's solid as a rock.
