• PLEASE! It is VERY important that this area is not used for the discussion of technical issues with your Stinger. This section is for posting about regional-specific things like Stinger clubs, events, local vendor or dealer recommendations, KiaStinger.com member sightings, etcetera... In other words, I do NOT want people to need to scour through several different sections to find answers about their heads up display. That's why there's a section dedicated specifically to discussions like that. THANK YOU!

Pictorial where did you go in your Stinger today

I knew you would know, well done Merlin.
But I didn't. :D You motivated me to use Google-fu and look it up. (Someone said that being smart is more about knowing where to find answers to things. Of course, one has to be able to comprehend the answer for it to do any good. But we are already most of the way "there": having a continuous connection to the bulk of human knowledge literally at our finger tips nearly everywhere we go.)

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
Did the typical hero shots at Kirribilli, I used to laugh at people that take these shots. Now I'm one of them!

Your car looks stunning! I chose a light colour as it's easier to keep clean but man when it's clean, dark blue looks awesome!

Yeah I've had a dark coloured car before, even light dust would be visible. But man as you said, it looks so good when clean, especially with the red interior.

Life's too short to worry about getting dirty. Give me a black car with the creamiest white interior anyday, and pour me that red wine!

I must complement you on your eye for a good photo.....forget the background Deep Chroma Blue motor always a winner! Lol.
I just can't help but think these photos would be even better if the Stinger was red.

This pic was taken a few days ago, about 100m up the road from my driveway.. the TRUCK skipped the Stop sign and collided with the UTE.. both drivers were OK.. I had a good old chat to the Highway Patrol officer, he was totally in LOVE with his Patrol Car, said he is already on the list to buy one (ex Patrol vehicle) as soon as they get the next models (apparently they only keep them in service for a set amount time or X amount of KM's then they get new ones). Apparently The Patrol cars have all had MODS done, especially suspension, Bi-Modul exhaust etc, although he would not let me look under the hood to see what was done.)

Wow, mods? I would never have thought that. Do they run JB4 or a tune?

I think you might find that the driver of the ute is now in a bad way. Doesn't help when truck drivers fail to stop at stop signs. :poop::poop:

Just going on what the officer was saying, as he would not let me look under the HOOD. I do know that their old Holden and Ford Pursuit vehicles all had upgraded Brakes, Suspensions, Tunes etc..
Probably not nearly as many MODS as I have on mine, but I was not about to challenge him to a DRAG RACE... LOL

Yeah it took them a number of hours to Cut him out of the wreckage.. Those Trucks absolutely FLY down that particular road.. the luckiest part being that it was Empty when it hit the UTE.. if he had been going into Byford with a full load it would have been WAY more serious.. It was just a matter of time before we had a serious accident on that intersection..

Driver of the UTE passed away in Hospital and we had another Fatal Accident at that exact same intersection earlier Today.. that's 2 fatalities in 2 weeks at the same intersection... Not Good

Hiking in the Uinta mountains. Up to Lofty lake, down to Cutthroat lake which was a false move: the trail ended in rocks, as you can see; we had to backtrack to Kamas lake; and finally back to the parking lot, where nearly all the vehicles had vamoosed. When I parked, there, I had had to sidle in carefully along the edge to give my doors room to open without contact.

Looking out to the north (that's Wyoming in the distance), overlooking Cutthroat lake.
