I honestly think the world would be a better place if business owners were more concerned with quality rather than profits, but I realize capitalism doesn't function that way. Maybe he's making enough money through his business or he's independently wealthy already so he doesn't have to worry about making bank on Stinger tunes. You have to admit it is pretty impressive he has the ET Stinger record, even though few have his tune.

It hasnt failed us yet :) Im sure if we sold tunes for $400 we would sell them like hot cakes :), And yes stated above we sell tones of parts and tunes for many other communities so selling thousands of stinger tunes would be nice yes, we are dependent on the stinger market alone.

Absolutely! Now if only he hired a public relations/customer service professional to take over for his online presence. He'd be more successful.

And Im sorry 3 of the top 9 :) S0 1/3rd of the fastest recorded stingers on here are our tunes.... Ill take that as a win in my book. We have "7" tunes sold according to you and 3 of the top 9 slots including 2 in the top 5 and the number 1 spot :). Man just imagine if we sold "50" tunes.... I wonder if a piggyback would even be on the list....

The funny part is the people who purchase the JB4 and other piggyback systems damn near have more money in their car and run slower then a car with basic bolt ons and out tune....

Clearly you arent lol You complained about less tune sales and price.. Yes we arent complaining (the company who sells them) and it is still cheaper to go out tune route then what the JB4 needs to even try and keep up...

My point, (posted earlier today) was that BMS has more support because they've moved more units. You have sold 2 tunes (as far as we know) so expecting to receive the same support from forum members as BMS does isn't realistic. To receive an equal amount of support from your customers you need to increase the number of people that you are serving (and of course keep them satisfied). That's the point of all of this.

We provide a lot of tunes for a lot of different cars. We're a fairly large company with 12+ full time employees and over 20 company owned development vehicles. We have a lot of happy customers over the 12+ years we've been doing this. And FWIW I'd like to think no BMS employee here would ever carry themselves as unprofessionally as "some of the other tuners" in this industry do.

Regarding "records" although in many cases JB4 cars hold world performance records that has never really been the core of our marketing. We're all about solid performance,reliability, customer support, continuous innovation, all at a reasonable price. :)

Fastest and quickest are NOT the same thing. Quickest=shortest time lapse. Fastest is a measurement for speed.

Tonka has the “quickest” ET, but is 6th “fastest” in the top 10, and Migel is 9th but probably isn’t even on the top 15 list because he is sooo much slower than everyone else. Hense my whole explanation earlier...:rolleyes:

You do still have the 5th quickest ET, but 2nd fastest trap speed which is impressive, however it’s mainly because you have the RWD(+2mph) advantage.

And we all know why you have some of the quickest ETs because you already admitted that your only focus is 330’ and ETs to the point where you apparently “want Tonka to have slower trap speeds”:rofl:

I hope you eventually realize that ETs are only HALF the 1/4m results, and trap speeds are actually more significant because they measure HP instead of just good launches & 60’ times.

You seem pretty hung up on traps. But you are making trap assumptions based off of a top ET list. Agree the RWDs probably run up to 2 MPH faster traps and the GT AWDs should run about 1 MPH faster than GT2s with the 100 lbs. weight savings.
Here is my slip top trap of 118.54, LC bogged so the ET is slow. fastest trap AWD GT2, Second fastest trap AWD, 3rd fastest trap overall. But of course we don't have a top trap list so other could have better times as well.

Weight matters - here is the fastest GT2 AWD JB4 car:

We now have a fast heavy weight GT2 AWD JB4 car to add to the mix. But i'm afraid it helps debunk the rest of @StungBlueGT2 's bench racing tuning theories. We have established that stock boost even as measured by JB4 can go up to 14.5 PSI, and even 16 PSI in extreme conditions as measured by boost gauge. 14.5 PSI +8 on WMI = 22.5 potential, so same boost, could go higher.
The new heavy weight challenger has more mods, similar traps and .1 slower ETs so far. Extra mods are WMI, throttle body, BOV, no mufflers, no secondary cats. (my secondary's are back on and my muffler is not straight through) The WMI FMIC combo seems to work as he said he was hitting 80-85 IATs to my 119 IATs at my last outing when I ran a 11.89, 11.90 @ 117 MPH. He also is doing some trick to launch on boost so no launch advantage now. I'm still resistant to WMI but just the lower temps with no tune or octane changes should get me down around 11.75 or lower.

We see that should word or would word quite a bit from the Tork side of things. You are local, id dont get why (john thinks) if you guys can get down to mid 11s (he actually has said low 11s) with meth why dont you guys. Im sure he has a spare kit laying around just slap it on a rubber throttle body couplings and run it under the car so you can pull it after the track day. Let see it be done.

When i tried to support Tork I mentioned that he needs to work on advertising, You should 100% be asking to be a sponsored vehicle as you are going to be the only thing that can help propel him to sales. If you can get to mid 11s and help create a Tonka package like Meth kit, tune, intakes and exhaust for idk $3k im sure that will help get some bites and more importantly SALES. I know you know deep down the more John cant sell tunes the less likely he will continue to support the platform. I like you tonka so i have faith if you can help GUIDE him you guys can create something very niche, but very impresive.
