Yes we forgot that tuning was so easy everyone does it, hence why their are hundreds of tuners for this market.... One day you may understand man. And you act like we are a one trick shop. We are a full shop that does tones of in house work including tuning. So I am sorry they we are trying to balance everything out. Just remember who was first into the 11s.

The reason there arent 100s of tuners is the market. I wouldn't confuse the two. If we had hundreds of thousands of stingers on the road you really think the big companies wouldnt jumo in and not just the mom and pop shops?

No excuses werent that they werent ready, excuses were you would tell me they are ready then avaoid it for a couple weeks again. Just a month ago you told me a full stage 2 tune with meth was completed all I had to do was sell the jb4 and buy a new meth controller from you.... never happened. I'm not going to go back and forth with you because I'm not wasting my energy on it. The fact is you suck at dates, your customer service is subpar and I was willing to work past that. You can claim BTR tunes have issues becuase they arent here to defend themselves all you want. Guess we will find out when hundreds get their tune while your has been out for a year and no one wants it....

Again so you see the issue lol. There are very few shops and tuners in the platform and you expect everything to happen right away. There is a huge learning curve with the car. Yet again you dont want to argue yet keep coming back. Again I wish you luck in your future tuning solution.

Doesnt matter whos account it was bud. Maybe you should check in with John then. The deadlines werent always deadlines. It was John saying they were done and then not being done. Then blaming the Sales team for me not getting emails for invoices to buy more time. You guys should probably hold a weekly sales meeting to go over the issues of telling customer timelines that cant be met. I actually really appreciate your work (im assuming this is matt). It was more on management over what you did Matt that lead me to no longer want to work with Tork.

Agreed, but when we are giving a free tune to someone and they refuse the Stage 1 as a solution for "now" until we get the Stage 2 finished. Kind of hard to please a person when they want free stuff, "right now".

I do own the company with my wife. My wife handles a lot of the incoming sales traffic and questions regarding online sales. You sadly slipped through the cracks during that two week time frame where we missed sending you an invoice. Mind you we were sending you an invoice at cost for the water methanol system. The reason for the free tune and water methanol at cost, was because of your ability to manipulate the market... just like you are doing now.

So, I am sorry I didn't get your free tune and our cost on a water methanol system sent over in a timely manner.

As far as me banning you, its because I didn't want to deal with your petty drama. I was getting tired of getting DM's from you in regards to why the JB4 was not working on your car. When you said you were going to go to BTR for a tune, I decided it was time to quit helping you. For that, you lash out on social media about us.

Last, I will apologize for you not getting 100% of our staff's attention. We didn't put you as a priority due to the amount of DM's that were happening between you and Matt on a daily basis.
