At the advice of a friend, I had my 2020 GT1 wrapped in XPEL paint protection. I bought the car new in July and just turned 10,000 miles on it WITHOUT ANY ISSUES!!

You cannot tell that the car is wrapped. Since this is my daily driver, and I live in the snow region where salt/sand mix is used, I am hopeful that this protects the paint. There's a 10year warranty on the film. That and I put in the screen into the side wheel vents to help prevent snow/ice accumulation from blasting through. I'll report later how it held up this winter.

This is exactly what I have on mine. Bought the car in nov '18. Got the XPEL Ultimate PPF w/clear coat on the front half of the car 2 week after that. Then, had it ceramic coated with CarPro CQuartz 3.0UK the next week. And now, three weeks ago, had it ceramic coated again with the same product (it last around 18-24 months). VERY satisfied with the PPF! It's thick, self healing, invisible, laser cut and professionnally applied. Protex makes great PPF's! I recommand this wrap for everyone. Costly, but definitely worth it.

yeah ... just don't have enough pennies for the Ceramic. :(
We have a guy, on our Kia Stinger Quebec FB page, who has a small detailing business and does an incredible job for very little $$. 400CAD total for the whole job, including total prep, clay bar, 2 hard polish, 2 layers of ceramic coating, etc (it's a 6-7 hour job!) He's located in Quebec City, very professionnal!

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...

Clay bar, polish, and then ceramic coat. All can be done in your garage. Everybody wants you to think a bunch of voodoo magic is involved but it’s not. $60 for a bottle of cc, $25 for polish, and $30 for a clay bar. $100 for a porter cable orbital polisher. Plenty of videos and brand recommendations on YouTube or even members of this forum.

How much did wrapping the car fully cost you? Was this through KIA?
