I went with the original Kia stylized “K“ badge for the nose, the lug nut covers are a “GT“ in white, and I have a Stinger badge on the steering wheel. The re badging is now complete. Very happy with it and really digging the car!

I just replaced Front Kia emblem with GT emblem...Brushed metal GT letters with black background and black chrome edges, it is the 4.5 inch option from KDM WAREHOUSE. I think it looks great.
i just received the same logo from KDM, but with the new KIA letters. my emblem has small rust spots along the edges of the brushed metal lettering as the protective film that was supposed to be covering the letters arrived half removed and disheveled. did your GT logo come that way? also, the new emblem is completely flat whereas the front of the Stinger has a slight curve to it. just laying the new emblem on the Stinger, it looks like you would need to slightly bend the emblem to the curve of the car to get it to adhere fully. did you have any issue with that? i'm afraid it might start coming up over time.

Mine seems to be fine and has adhered great, some slight pressure and you should be fine, as to the spots, mine came with the coverings over the gt part a little chewed up but it came off and looks fine.

If it does come up at some point it's not expensive to redo with something else.

I didn't think I was going to rebadge the car but the brushed silver on the oem kia badge was killing me.

It'd be nice if we didn't have to have front plates in WA.

Yea, we are required to have front plates also, however most law enforcement doesn't really bother with it, unless your doing something that gets the negative attention of said law enforcement, or I've just been lucky so far! I'm in East Bay area of California, also no front door window tint is a law, I've been told by certain cops I know, that as long as they can see in and its not too dark they won't bother pulling you over for it...with that said, there is always one or two, by the the book cops out there that will use that as a reason to pull you over, and then say where's your front plate? My response would be I'm waiting on the bracket from dealer. Lucky in Cali so far!

In Canada we aren't so lucky, no excuses taken if you don't have a front plate unless its a dealer vehicle.

For me it just isn't worth it. It's very rare that I see a car without front tags and I don't necessarily want to stick out.

In Mass. they did away with all of the toll booths on the Mass Pike. They put gantries over the road that are loaded with monitors. Video, radar, etc. they read your front plate and if the plate doesn’t match the car on file, out come the state troopers. So now we all have to have a front plate.

They also did away with toll takers here, but so far the camera systems in fast track and commute lanes only read the rear plate, luckily I don't go over any bridges and even those right now only read rear plate...I'm sure that will change at some point, so until then, NO FRONT PLATE ! For me. It's just a matter of time before electronics catch us all! Be safe out there!

It IS sad. I really resent being monitored and spied on like I’m a potential ne’er do well. I’ve always lived as a live human being free on the earth, and this goes against every fiber of my being.

Very nice! I like the oval hood emblem much better than just the giant letters. The chrome edge lends some class to the badge too.
