when to switch to summer tires

Was going to switch mine this past weekend; But I live in Long Island and since I'm in lockdown, I said what's the point of switching if I'm not driving the car. Once this lockdown ends I will switch it back. Now I just have to remember to let the car run for 30 mins periodically to charge the battery.

I have an appointment on April 23rd to get mine switched over.
I looked at the extended forecast for my area and allowed for general trout opener in my area, to make sure I can maximize my time on the creeks in isolation.
So Thursday next week I will be on my summer set-up.
Can't wait.
