Again, OP, 4-6k miles is usually a good place to start. I won't bother telling you what my manual says because my car came with different tires. I also don't suggest you rely solely on your manual because I have a sneaking suspicions that Kia regurgitated lots of the info in the manuals regardless of markets or differences in vehicles.

I wonder if some maroon wannabe mechanic working the lower tier in a Kia shop has rotated the 19s diagonally yet? How would that signify to the driver? You have kattycorner 8" treads and kattycorner 8.5" treads. What would that do to the handling?

I don't see how rotating the 19" wheels will balance tire ware. Front to back and drive wheel to non-drive wheel on a RWD car would/could balance tire ware. IMO.

Yeah, his rear (wider) tires are rotated to the front. Somebody screwed up. I want to know what happens when that happens, especially when you have one wider and one narrower tire opposite each other, because some poltroon does the kattycorner rotation and doesn't know it's a staggered setup.
