Wheel center cap removal

So I'm swapping out my tires as soon as my new ones get in stock. I'd like to minimize any chance of the shop scratching the wheels or causing any other damage. How the heck do I take the center cap off the GT wheels and reach the lugs? I want to be able to take that piece off before I drop my car off at Costco for the tire change.

Hi and welcome aboard.
Look on one of the arms there is a lug which can put a screw driver into and gently prize off. I have seen them pull off by hand .
