Do you guys recommend the plug and play adapters for the JB4 when running the fuel lines? It saves the factory wiring from having to be punctured. I think I saw it in khartz or somewhere. Extra $40-$60 I think.

I did that with mine. Keeps the factory harness in perfect condition - that's one thing I don't want to mess up in any way, the factory harness.

Absolutely! Definitely worth it. Ecko04 version or BMS. Ecko04 version doesn’t use posi tabs. But it makes it a true PnP and thus easier.

I prefer Ecko04’s version

How long is the wait for his version? I'm assuming if I go that route I will have to hold off on installing the JB4 until it arrives.

I think his next batch will be in January because off Holiday. You would have to check with him but normally his batches get delivered around 20th of the month. Payment received by 5th. He has a thread that talks about it.

PnP is the way to go worth the extra$$.

I ran with out the fuel wires for a number of weeks prior to my harness arriving. Not a problem.

MBRP and Injen intake is where I would cast my vote. You will gain a lot more audible feedback from the car, a decent bump in power, and have a ton of fun. I typically like adding a tune after I get bolt ons taken care of.

We are running our HUGE Black Friday/Cyber Monday SALE at the K8 Stinger Store. We have both the Injen Intakes and the MBRP Exhaust at ridiculously low prices.

Feel free to reach out with any questions you might have.

I haven't started modding the car yet. To be honest, I wasn't expecting to mod the car at all. :D After some research and reading threads, if anything, going with an intake and exhaust is a nice start.

Is this the MBRP exhaust that's discussed here?

Do

do it...

Intakes are fun, They add a lot of sound and character to the car. It made me forget about the quiet exhaust. I will still be putting in an MBRP most likely. I went with the K&N intakes.

I love the sound of the deep-low exhaust sounds. Nothing obnoxious or that will catch the ears of the fine people in blue. I don't want to be that kid who drives around revving the car looking for some reactions or something. :p

Yep those are the ones. I have Stillen intakes on my Stinger. But intakes in general (especially on a turbo car) are a must...
do it...

What is your view of the Stillen intakes?

^Agreed. Midpipes/Secondary downpipes are pointless unless you already have a full cat-back installed. The stock mid/sec DP's actually aren't very restrictive, so the gains are minimal anyway. Spend your money elsewhere first, then do those last. And get cheap ones, like the OBX pipes! They're just as good as any other brand, and cost half as much. Lol.
Incorrect.
Only doing the primary DP will increase the power by way more than doing anything else to the exhaust. I almost dynoed 500whp with a stock exhaust and only primary DPs.

EDIT: Nevermind I thought you were talking about the primary downpipes.
