What is your current miles? Noticed anything out of ordinary?

10 months in, 12.5k miles. mechanically solid, I did my own fix to the trunk rattle from ideas both on this forum and FB groups. I have started to hear some creaking from the sunroof. all in all, the Stinger has exceeded my expectations. I will admit, I am more sensitive to small issues only because it's a first year model and my head is tuned to keep "looking for something". After 7 years of my G37 sedan S, this car has been light years better in the first 12k miles than the G and I love that car. So much so she sits in my driveway barely driven, can't bring myself to get rid of her.

I think I’m guilty of this too, the car is mechanically rock solid. I keep looking for build quality issues because it’s new still. I know I shouldn’t and I’m sure my wife doesn’t notice them but I do. I drive with the radio off sometimes just to listen to the car.

20k miles and no mechanical issues here. The sunroof creaking came back after multiple adjustments made by the dealer. Loving the car and driving experience.

6K miles. Sunroof creaks. Only issue with mine. I love it, stunning car and stunning quality, aside from the sun roof

3500 miles everything is good except cruise control isnt steady and I get 15.7 mpg in the city. Not a problem cause gas is cheap but if it ever gets up there I'd have to get rid of the car. 198 miles to a tank is not great.

I get 25 mpg consistently (of course I drive a lot in the highway), did you brake in the car as the manufacturer recommended? Do you drive the car like you stole it all the time?

Is yours a 2018 I understand the 2019 have no longer this problem, mine is stolid.

My sunroof didn't start grumbling at me until I was north of 10k miles. If it's going to happen it won't be this early in your car's life.

Not universally true. Some complaints have been almost right away.

2019 GT2, 8500 miles. Still solid, but if these potholes don’t start getting filled in, I imagine something will start to shake loose.

5300kms / 3300mi and nearly 6 months. Issues so far are factory paint defects (haven't gotten worse), B pillar area ticking, sunroof noise and some hard shifts in the 3 to 4 gear change.

What is really annoying is that the above issues taint what is otherwise a stellar car. I came from something very different (manual transmission V8 Mustang GT) and I still enjoy the driving experience even though I "lost" RWD, manual transmission, the things I like about 2 door cars and the V8 orchestra. Kia did a great job on this car. Once I get my issues ironed out, I will be very happy.

I drive with one eye on the road surface, keeping well back from the next vehicle in front, to give myself plenty of maneuvering time and room. Be prepared to dodge and/or slow down. Don't multitask. Just drive the car.

Well at least I know I’m not crazy!! I too drive w/ the radio off at times just to listen ‍♂️

25000kms / 15500mi in 7 Month - I had some weird Audio issues that fixed itself and never came back - I pulled on the door handle quite hard to Close the door (heard a crack while pulling). After that almost every Speaker was dead, only the middle one in front worked very very quietly (with the Audio on 45 it was bearly hearable) . I did a 1 hour drive like that, parked the car for one night and every thing is fine.
And one time all Speakers on the right side where dead. It fixed it self after restarting the car twice.

other than that I think every thing is perfect, Love the car :D

Wow, that’s the strangest thing I’ve ever heard. I’ll bet for that 1 hour you were shitting yourself  !

for sure! it was both on the Weekend too, otherwise I would have called the dealer immediatly.

20900 miles and not a single issue. Commuting 50miles to work every day (round trip) literally the only vehicle me and my wife take around town and for long drives. Only ever drove her rav4 if we need to move something extra large. Still use the stinger if it's normal large. Haha.

Why do "things" always happen on the weekend? Over there and over here, apparently. :P
