What is this part called on the 2019 Stinger?

This "particle board-like" cover came off when I went over a speed bump. Does anyone know what this is called aNd if it is expensive to replace?
 
You will gave to upload a picture/ video or at least more details. Bottom of car front / back ect. Just saying it fell off after going over bump is to vague to quote costs

Because the part is not faulty in the least. The only way this could have happened is if most or all of the front clips are missing: that points to shoddy service, not a faulty part or parts.

It coming off points to it actually being taken off at one point and being reinstalled improperly or missing connectors. Bring it to the attention of the last place you had service done at. That part shouldn't have even been taken off unless something else was being replaced.

That hole is for tow hooks to screw into. I'm not sure what that is screwed into it though. There are other accessories that can be placed there, like license plate holders.

A closeup pic would have been helpful. Welcome to the forum. (that is the tow hook with the Ceramic Silver cover MISSING)
