I've never ordered a car before. I don't think I could ever do it. Too much waiting and you actually see/touch your car and can't take it? Forget about it. I couldn't do it.Thanks , when I went by the dealer yesterday the were completely screwed up on debadging so I did it all myself there today . The E is on the front too . I pick it up tomorrw around noon , they got my new tires in this afternoon so its pretty close to being ready .......................except the exta things I'm planning when she's home /
Totally ! This has been the worst wait ever ................they couldnt even take my payment till yesterday ,but then the car wasnt ready ...............it'll all be over by noon tomorrow .I've never ordered a car before. Every time I see white I think the same thing. Especially with tint and black chrome...Damn, that looks amazing, now I want white...
White looks good, but the rear reflectors on the white don't. Just stick out to much. I'm not sure there would be an easy way to make them disappear. A white car with dark tinted windows is sexy though.Every time I see white I think the same thing. Especially with tint and black chrome...
I think @westcoastGT mentioned there being white reflective tape that could go over the reflectors. That would pretty much fix that issue...White looks good, but the rear reflectors on the white don't. Just stick out to much. I'm not sure there would be an easy way to make them disappear. I doubt it. I don't think it would match well enough. Maybe if you put flat 3M tape over it, but I'm not sure that would be legal. You can't really have pure white reflective material. For it to reflect it's going to have that "silver" hue to it.. look at a speed limit sign close up. It's not really pure white.I think @westcoastGT mentioned there being white reflective tape that could go over the reflectors. That would pretty much fix that issue...
Yes, I know exactly what you're talking about. But I think white with that silver hue would look okay compared to white with the red reflectors that stick out like a sore thumb.I doubt it. I've had 3 white BMW's that I've deleted the front and rear reflectors so I think I can make the delete work , albeit BMW white is not metalic . I'll experiment with vinyl and reflective , the rear bumper reflectors will be easy with flat black vinyl .........................I doubt it. I don't think it would match well enough. I agree but it might be a hybrid that works better , Im not worried about being legal per se so I'll go as far as I can to achieve the look , even might try plastidip ,,,, bawaaaaaHey I was just thinking... The pearl white of the Stinger might actually match up pretty good with that silver hue we're talking about here...
